Easy back in spots. Friendly staff that helped with information of what to do in the area. Clean restrooms, hot showers, nice pool. We'll be back.

Recently, my nephew needed a place to move his camper. While another rv park we had made a reservation with charged us and would not refund the money when plans changed, Asheville Bear Creek RV was so accommodating when we called to cancel. We asked if they needed to charge us a fee and they said, “Oh no. We would never do that. We’re just glad you’re nephew found a place to stay and if you ever need us, please don’t hesitate to call.” Absolutely wonderful and would work with them again anytime!

Close quarters to your neighbors. Unfortunately, not the most well kept doggy grass space, but it sufficed. Proximity to downtown Asheville can’t be beat, and depending on what site you are assigned you can have a pretty magnificent view.

Very clean well kept rv park with nice sized concrete pads. Very nice restroom/shower facilities. Spots are close together, not much green space. Great location.

This park has power issues. There was a power surge while we were staying there this past week, it blew a fuse in our 5th wheel. Friends we were traveling with had a burned end on their surge protector. When we first noticed our lights flickering, we reported at the office. When we returned from sightseeing, they said everything was fine. Would NOT recommend this park.

I loved this park, despite reading several negative reviews. My kids were in the pool 10 mins after pulling into our site. Yes, the sites are close together, but that is common with privately owned campgrounds. You are paying for the convenience to downtown restaurants and attractions like the Biltmore. If you’re looking to camp the wilderness that surrounds Asheville, look elsewhere (fires not permitted within the city limits). However, if you want to see downtown and try some of the food and breweries that the city offers, this is a great jumping point.
I also did not encounter any rude staff

My family and friends stayed here for a week and its a very nice campground. The staff are very friendly. The camper spots were concrete and very level. The pool was also a great amenity. I only gave 4 stars instead of five because the laundry facilities need some attention, the dryers took 4 rounds to dry a regular load but otherwise we would most definitely come back.

Made a reservation for 8 in our 5th wheel which sleeps 10. They called me the next day to cancel stating we had "too many people". I asked if we could just rent an additional tent site and was told no. They said their limit is 4 people only. How many families have more than 4? This place is definitely not family friendly. Thank goodness there are several other campgrounds in the area. Found a much better place

Too close to the interstates. It was extremely loud. No real green space to walk the dogs, pretty jammed in there. If you just want to park and head into Ashville during the day it is just minutes to town but you better have a sound proof camper if you want to get any sleep. Bathhouses are ok but nothing to brag about. Some spots have great views if you are lucky enough not to have someone park in the next site to block it.

We love it! My family of four (3 adults/1 dog), have stayed here twice in the past couple of years in our pop-up camper. The staff is overly accommodating, and the park has all of the amenities we need. My wife and daughter require bathroom/shower facilities to be clean, which these always are, and we've never had any issues with utilities hookups. Your camping trip is what you decide to make of it. We like the central location of the park to pretty much all of the activities you would want to do in Asheville. We use our campsite as a place to relax after our daily outings, but would feel just
