Services
Each apartment home boasts modern finishes, and is furnished with black GE appliances. All apartment homes also have a full-size washer and dryer. In addition, each apartment home comes standard with walk-in closets, ample kitchen space, and oversized bathtubs. While we encourage our residents and future residents to schedule an appointment, we are available to serve you!
A maximum of two pets allowed, no weight limit. The one-time fee of $350.00 is per dog and $300.00 per cat. The monthly pet rent is $20.00 per animal. Pets are required to enroll in our Doggy DNA program and Pet Screening. A Pet Deposit, Pet Fee, and/or Pet Rent may be required for each pet in an apartment.

I've lived in a few apartment complexes over the last several years doing contract work. Having lived at Avalon for more than a year, I can say it's one of the two best apartment complexes where I've lived. The grounds are always well maintained and the parking lots clean. Management always communicates extremely well about any issue or update. As well, the entire staff is always extremely responsive. Anytime I've emailed or called the office, my rare issue or request is always handled expediently by Danielle, Morgan, or Dylan. I've had to request maintenance only a few times but those requests

I never had any issues while living at Avalon. The manager and her staff were helpful, and the service team was always quick to repair things if anything came up. I didn't use the amenities much, but they were always kept up. Nothing is perfect, and typically if something was broken, the manager notified everyone by email and gave an approximate date of the repair. It was mother nature most of the time, so I don't know what you can do about that.

The maintenance staff at Avalon are exceptional. They are kind, knowledgeable, and expedient in fulfilling their duties. No matter what project we’ve asked to get done, big or small, these dedicated gentlemen have addressed the problem. I lived at Avalon for over two and a half years. My experience was absolutely wonderful. I loved my quiet third floor apartment from the day I moved in until the day I moved out. The only reason I left is because we just outgrew a one bedroom.
Dylan was outstanding assisting with my entire move-out process. She answered a multitude of questions to make sure I did what I needed to do to leave Avalon with confidence that nothing would be left hanging over my head.

I have lived at Avalon for a little over a year now and can’t say enough good things about this property. I recommend it to all of my friends looking for a place to live! The apartment manager, Dylan, is just the best. She is always willing to help with any issues should they arise, and she is just all around awesome person. Very professional but also very personable. You can tell she takes pride in her community! The amenities here are everything I was looking for in an apartment, and I see myself staying here for a very long time!

Love! Love! Love! Avalon Apartments and their staff. They are always quick to call me back or take care of any concerns that I have voiced. Dylan, the manager, is such a gem! No matter what is going on she always takes time to listen and see how she can help me or my neighbors. The amenities are top notch and the grounds are always kept up and clean. I would definitely recommend Avalon to anyone looking to rent.

- Parking as mentioned in other reviews is TERRIBLE. If you plan on getting home late at night after work or partying, DONT LIVE HERE. You will be forced to walk instead of comfortably parking in front of your building.
- My A/C unit has went out FOUR TIMES since I moved here a year and a half ago. Seriously?!?!?! Then they lock the door to the unit so you can't troubleshoot the issue yourself. What is this, preschool?!?!

Everything was super easy, from applying to moving in! The apartments and amenities are nice, and rent hasn't been jacked up like most of the other apartments in Pensacola.
Morgan was extra-awesome at staying in contact through the application process and always being available whenever I have any questions or concerns!

Brenda is the worst manager i have ever come across (and i like to think i am pretty tolerable) i had a 12 month lease with them and throughout my lease my mail ALWAYS got lost somehow or another. Parking is terrible. If you aren't home by 6pm everyday Monday- Thursday then you can forget about getting a spot by your apartment. They would forget to charge me for something and i would bring it up so they could correct it and it would not get corrected....then..2 months later i get DOUBLE charged for it because i didn't pay it the first time. Good afternoon. I have lived here for about 10 months, it's very good location, although now living in Florida the traffic I had to get use to. Very nice and caring staff, they are constantly making upgrades to the property with various free and unexpected activities they have for the residents to enjoy. The residents in my building are very nice and friendly, couldn't ask for better neighbors. I have worked for the Federal Government for over twenty years, so I have moved around quite a bit and I like it here, it's cool. I haven't personally had a problem here although others

I've lived in quite a few apartments as my husband is in the federal government and we bounce around quite a bit. I was only in Pensacola for about 6 months from March-August 2015. With the lack of gainful employment, I had a lot of time to spend at home, in this particular apartment complex. Parts of the apartment complex were great, others...not so much.

I only lived in Avalon for about six months because of an unforeseen military move, however, the complex is great. Management was changing right as a I left, but I never had a problem working with any of the staff. My one bedroom was awesome-great size and very open. The amenities are great and its nicely kept up. Its a bit of a drive to Whiting Field and still 20-30 mins from Pensacola NAS, but I personally thought it was worth it. If not the best complex in Pensacola, it is definitely in the top tier.
