Mezzo is a great place to live! I sold my house in March and needed a place to stay while we looked for a new house. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about living in an apartment after owning for 10 years. I called Mezzo and David was SO helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. Our stay at Mezzo was short (6 months) because we found a house. I’m glad I came across Mezzo when I was looking for a temporary home. Very clean property and they have the most nicest and kind people working there. David, Seana and Sheveka are the best! If you’re looking for a place to call home either long

It's was a breeze to rent one of these beautiful Apartment homes the woman helping us Ms. Sheveka was so pleasant and answered all our questions and the ones she couldn't she quickly found the answer to. The apartments are simply breath taking with every bedroom having dimmable lights and outlets high enough to mount your television. I wouldn't mind extending my lease when the time comes.

I don't live there I just visited very often as my ex girlfriend lived there. I stayed for multiple weeks at a time and got to know the property pretty well. I enjoyed the memories provided and the safety of the gates community. Well when the gate was closed. It was not always closed. What I did not enjoy was walking up the stairs. No elevators! . Regardless of that it's a really nice property I would recommend living there.

Mezzo treated my wife and I really good. We had nothing short of a great time living here with countless of friends complimenting these apartment homes and enjoying patio time by the pond at night. I recommend these homes to anyone looking for an upscale living fashion and who is stationed here from the Navy. Front office folks are sweet and professional. Sadly moving from here to a closer area to work. Great location though! 10/10

I enjoy living at the mezzo! My only complaint is the gate always is broken and left open, which makes me uneasy. Being gated and secure was the biggest thing to draw us to the mezzo and be alright paying the price we do to live here, so with the gate never being secured, it’s offsetting and makes us feel we are not getting what we pay for (obviously with COVID, is probably hard to get someone out here to fix it constantly). Other than that, the staff is so so friendly and does the cutest activities. Plus, HAVE YOU SEEN THE POOL AND GRILL AREAS!? 😍😍

Mezzo Apartments are the best in Virginia Beach! The Management and leasing staff are very professional, courteous, and after (2) years, I do not have one complaint. I just want to say thanks for all of your hard work and dedication on ensuring that your residents are beyond satisfied with the atmosphere, grounds upkeep, and tenant safety that you provide. I LOVE Mezzo.
I’ll start with the tremendous staff. Every interaction I’ve had in over a year has been friendly. From resident events to any questions I’ve had, I’ve always been greeted with a smile. Even now, during a time that no one knows how to react to the changes required during this pandemic, the staff has answered every question I have, and I have every belief that they care about my health and safety.
Location is extremely convenient. Right off of Va Beach Blvd, minutes from town center and several shopping centers and grocery stores; AND a short trip to the beach. When I moved

Almost a year living at Mezzo and we love it!
High ceiling apartment with a pond view, love having my coffee in the morning enjoying my patio! Apt complex is quite, i just LOVE it, only nature around you, far from busy streets and car noises and pollution.
People complain about noise - i never had any (ANY) issues with that, only when they have parties, but who doesn't? You will be one of them neighbors too, but honestly i don't even hear our washer/dryer if you close the door, and gotta tell you they are pretty loud! lol
Love the mail lockers and parcel system! Super convenient and secure!

Quick visit today as I have plans of getting a jump start on "house hunting". Greeted when I came in & I saw their big Christmas tree being put up! Both leasing consultants were kind and able to enlighten me on the multiple questions I had. If you're looking for a modern, up to date apartment, you should consider adding this place to your list. The tour + conversation took no more than about twenty minutes.
