I am used to auto shops trying to up sale me but this place took it to a whole other level. They recommended me getting things done that weren't even relevant to my car. Not only that, but they didn't screw on the bottom "shield" of my car after removing it from the oil change (which is fine - mistakes happen), but they then made ME feel like I was such an inconvenience for coming back and asking them to fix it? No one ever apologized or even addressed it. Won't be going there again!

This is where I go regularly for oil changes & they rock the service & friendliness EVERY SINGLE TIME. I love the "top off" service between oil changes.
I always feel I'm treated like an Auntie or sister by ALL of the crew & appreciate the help I'm given understanding what to prioritize budget-wise when additional services are needed or recommended. Thanks for being awesome Grease Monkey!

Avoid this shop.
I asked for an oil change only and nothing more. I had my manual transmission recently rebuilt by the dealership with a factory warranty but this shop took it upon themselves to do their snooping around to try and upsell me on other fluid changes. They recommended my newly rebuilt transmission be flushed and refilled. Also the fact that an oil change cost $100 for a Jeep Wrangler is pretty absurd.
They bill you for all their "checks" that they try to upsell you on. Don't pay for them to look around your vehicle and risk them touching something they are not qualified

Incredible service from the gentlemen at this location. Quick and thorough job. They helped me pick what I actually needed to get done, and didn't try to up-sell me a bunch.
On top of all that, I tipped the manager for being so great and he immediately went and told his team that lunch was paid for today. This oil change made my heart very happy! Thanks guys

Yikes -- new employee with bow on head was a nightmare. I'm following manufacturers recommendation on oil changes (every 6k miles, and had even brought the car in early) and when I walked in to pick up the car she screeched a lecture at me on how my newish car is about to die and the engine block is going to crack (really weird), so don't come back to them if I won't follow their 3k recommendation. I hadn't said anything to trigger this, just walked in, but she was so remarkably nasty and unpleasant. Almost yelling, with other customers present -- one of the other people sitting

I will go out of my way to get my car serviced at this location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always look me up when I pull in and know exactly what I need before I even get out of the car. They walk me through any extras that they suggest so I can decide for myself what I want done on my car. They truly care about the quality of their work and the customer experience here!

This is my favorite grease monkey location and I literally go out of my way to make it here! DAN...let me tell you DAN is my guy!!! hes the manager and has helped me through several vehicles over the last 2 years. Super considerate and customer oriented. Hes not just about quick and timely and ensures you have quality service to your vehicle but he makes sure you have a great customer experience by ensuring you know who's on staff. He also reminds you of discounts to use to your advantage in between time. You wont be disappointed

Got a great, quick oil change on ladies day (aw they put a flower on your dash, sweet!). If you go to King Soopers they usually have a $6 coupon (but if you are a lady on ladies day I think you save $10 which is better obviously).
They had suggestions but did not pressure me to get any additional services since nothing was too crucial. Good value.

UPDATE: I spoke with the store manager and the GM about the mishap with my Jeep Oil Change. Everyone was concerned, apologetic, and took responsibility and repaid me for my repairs. From lengthy conversation with the owner, I believe this incident was a one-off that just happens from time to time from human error and this was just unluckily my turn in the barrel. Within 12 hours of me walking to the store with my receipt from JEEP for the engine cleaning, the staff had done a damage control session to figure out what had happened and how not to have that happen again. Honestly, crap happens

My husband has been using Grease Monkey for a few years now, and yesterday we dropped his car off for an oil change. After a few hours without receiving a phone call to let us know the car was ready, he called to see what was taking so long. This was a little after 4:00. They told him the car was done so we headed over after 30 minutes or so to come pick it up.
They were closed when we got there.
My husband had to work the next day and now had no car. So we came in this morning when they opened at 8:00 to pick up the car.
