We entered into contract for purchase of an old automobile mechanics shop in Hendersonville, NC that had lots of floor/ground stains and chemical storage. Based on historical site use, we dreaded, although halfway expected, to find contamination present at concentrations that would be hazardous to human health and the environment.

Peak HG provided me with a point of sale underground storage tank (UST) investigation to evaluate the presence of leaks from an old UST on a property that we had under contract. By collecting soil data necessary to demonstrate that there was no leak, I was able to move forward with confidence, knowing that the UST did not pose a risk to human health and the environment.
