They did a fantastic job shipping my car on a super short notice (2 days) in the holiday season! No difference between initial offer and final payment. They work with great drivers - no damage at all on the car. My car has been shipped to Houston, TX from NJ. It's been delivered within 5 days after being picked up! I booked my service in mid November for a 12/13 pickup and a 12/23 delivery. I worked with Zachary.
All seemed well. He said the driver would reach out to me shortly. They didn’t.
The week before pickup I started getting antsy, so I reached out to my pal, Zachary. No reply. I called him, no reply. Sent another email, nothing. I emailed the driver, nothing. Called the driver, nothing.
Finally 12/13 rolls around and I have no confidence they’re coming at this point. I

We contacted Ship A Car Inc. after another company failed to find us a carrier. Within an hour Bob M. had a carrier available to pick up our car the next day. We paid a little bit more but the service was excellent. We could not be happier that we found this company and Bob M. to work with. As Paul informed me , all car transporters on the web are brokers.. and also explained how it worked. He was upfront and honest , he was slightly higher than a quote i received but he was willing to help and go above and beyond the other guy. And to top it off , by the tie i actually booked from the original quote , the price went up. He was gracious enough to still honor the original quote , where the other company I called just said , call us back in a few days and it might go back down. I will def use Ship a car in the future and would highly recommend them just for their professionalism alone

Ship a Car was used to facilitate a boat shipment from NJ to Florida...Quote was $1200 and I accepted to get transport within a 2 day window pickup..My ShipaCar rep Paul Sinclair contacted me and stated he had found a driver, but driver was requesting a additional $50 for pick-up..I agreed to get boat picked up and remain on schedule. Boat was to be picked up on a Monday or Tuesday and was instead scheduled for a Wednesday pick-up around 1pm by driver. Marina owner waited and no one showed or called. Do not give these people your money. I paid them their $300 deposit to have a driver sent out to my location. The driver showed up 2 days late at 10:00pm. Then said he couldn't tow me because my brakes. Took $400 more from me and said to contact the company to get my money back.
Well the driver and this company seemed sketchy to me so I called another company to come out and they towed it on time, with no issue, no complaints about my brakes, and for much less.

I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I now see that the reviews are quite mixed. She incorrectly booked the shipping with a "cash on delivery" carrier instead of a carrier that took payment on a credit card up front. This created a huge legal problem with our company, as we cannot process cash payments.

I would like to thank Joseph and the owner of the company for all their hard work. I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was suppose to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24 hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I googled the 20 best transport companies to move my motorcycle from Colorado to Iowa , and ship a car came up as number 1 on two different websites. Internet marketing is part of my job description so I have looked at a view. There was something odd looking at company websites down the list so I called. Both calls were answered "transport"

The rep I worked with, Lawrence Knapp was very knowledgeable, helpful and customer service oriented. He answered all my questions, and went the extra mile to save me some money. I feel our car is in good hands. I liked the tips on how to get your car ready for shipment. Lawrence communicated well through phone, text and email. Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. Once you contact them, they are very quick to get back to you with a quote and friendly banter.
In essence, you tell them where you want the pick up, and where you want the drop off and they then find a car shipper to facilitate the job.
After the pick up date is confirmed...the Ship a Car folks disappear and don't respond to either email or phone calls.

Spent 2 days trying to get a quote. Each time I called, I was told to expect a quote, via email, within minutes. A final call, 24 hours, after my original call, I was once again given absurd excuses, from a company that prides itself on 5 star and A+ ratings, as to why I hadn't received the quote.
If my personal experience of poor customer service is an indication of the overall company, I would expect any vechicle transported through them to end up with damage.

I dealt with Mike Logan and at first, when he wanted my business, he was kind and patient. Once he got my credit card info, the tables definitely changed. He booked my car for the wrong week, he stopped returning calls, his mailbox was constantly full.
The driver they sent was completely rude. He refused to pick up my car at my home stating the complex wasn't large enough to maneuver his truck. I offered up THREE nearby locations and he refused. He would only pick up a few miles down the road. Normally
