Leaving a 5 star review because I was in the process of shipping my car through an imposter service using the Ultimate Auto Shipping name and actually read the owner response before going through. After speaking with Matthew on the phone and his eagerness to get my money up front, my skepticism was confirmed and I'm glad I came to these reviews. Hope everyone does research before leaving 1 star reviews on here in the future..

Ultimate Auto Shipping exceeded expectations & delivered! Price quoted was what I was charged. Pat was clear on everything and set my expectations. Told him when I needed delivery, and it showed up a day early. I was kept informed and Pat followed up along the way. I researched for a week to find someone I was comfortable with at a decent price. Quotes were between $1000 and $3700 to ship coast to coast, with reviews all over the place. Pat is the real deal. I will use him from now on.

My sons first car bought site unseen and how to get it here! We bought my son's car in New York. Now we had to find a auto shipping broker to get it here to North Carolina. Knowing the trucking industry as I do and dealing with brokers that play all kind of games was going to be the trick. After replying to one of those let us provide you shippers, I was bombarded with emails and phone calls and let the games begin. Many low ball the rates and up the price during the delivery. Not the case with Ultimate Auto Shipping. I called Patrick Lynch of Ultimate Auto Shipping who has a A plus Better Business

I have only been in touch with Pat so will post more when I receive my car. However, I found him when trying to write a scathing review of Ultimate Auto Transport which doesn’t exist but gets money from people like me because they rely on people winding up on ultimate auto shipping’s page when you google. The owner of ultimate auto shipping, Pat, went to great lengths to educate me after being scammed by Matthew Buxton and Massrec LLC. Matt gets people to sign up for him to help transport their car. He gives a cheap price and then doesn’t deliver and then raises the price. Mine was by 71

They were highly unreliable after I booked over a month in advance. I had to keep calling for updates about the status of finding a driver to ship my vehicle and on the day I needed it shipped, they had no one for me and asked for an additional day which I gave them and still no driver for my vehicle. Do not use them if you actually need services completed. I was highly disappointed and upset. I had to move without knowing what I was going to do about my car. SMH. UPDATE: they just sent me an invoice for a cancellation fee although they didn’t do their job and I keep trying to call back to talk

No stars******Complete garbage. Made an order with them for $900 to transport our vehicle on May 1st. Called 2 days before to verify pick up date and price all was good. Day of, called them to get a time for pick up and was told they didnt have a driver and would have to change the date to May 3rd or 4th. Due to the fact we were leaving the next day we had to have a friend agree to hand off the vehicle. But then they told us the price had changed to $1200. We then had to cancel because the terms of the original agreement had been changed. Then they recent us a new invoice with the $1200 saying
