Direct global is definitely a company to consider and I had the pleasure to enjoy their amazing customer service. Looking forward to doing business with them in future and with definitely refer them to anyone. Keep up the good work guys :)

This company is bunch of two totally unprofessional, arrogant and rude named Sean and Victor. I booked 40 feet container with them and they gave me very good quote (only good thing they did).
After that I deposited 25% for shipping on 28th of the June and only after submitting deposit, they told me they can not book on 28th June due to congestion and next available date is 20th of July. They told me that container driver will give me a call on 19th and container will be arriving at 9 a.m. next day. I reserved the local loaders on hourly basis but neither I got call from container driver and nor

They'll give you good rates to close deal but then charge insane amount on final invoice stating trucking/port charges.
For shipping I have not received my stuff in 5 months now, while following up they are never responsive like they were while selling the services.
1. I didn't say will say half the price, just asked for itemized invoice with all services broken down shipping/trucking/port charges.
2. I can provide email chain where I was asking for update again and again.
Not at all professional.

Amazing service from start to finish. I spoke with Sean about my shipment from New York to New Zealand. He explained everything from start to finish how the shipment would take place. I was dealing with Sean Alford from Global Direct Shipping. the whole experience in here was a disaster. I shipped 5 Boxes from SF to Jakarta, and Sean offered me a cheap option of around ~$500 as long as I delivered to their warehouse (which turns out to be ECU Worldwide warehouse) and in Jakarta I can pick it up at their port. Sean convinced me that this was doable and I only need to pay extra ~$150 in Jakarta for handling charges, so I thought it was doable. Here was the problem :

Our container arrived on time and was really clean inside, have recently had it delivered to the UK, no problems at all for it's second half of the journey. So glad we used this company.
