I received the best customer service of my life at this place. They were so kind, understanding, helpful, and genuinely concerned about my safety and financial situation. They were also very honest, upfront, and trustworthy. I am a broke college student and I need all of my brakes and rotors replaced. I started crying because I knew I could not afford it. They were able to offer me discounts after I disclosed my financial situation to them, and they truly were concerned about my safety and wellbeing if I were to drive off with my brakes the way they were. 12/10 would recommend. SCAM ALERT!!!! I called this place and ask them for a price on my 1999 Toyota Avalon they quoted me $45 cash out the door so I drove 15 minutes there immediately because they told me there was no wait. I waited when I got there no one was there to attend me and then when I did get someone's attention he told me that I told him that it was a different year over the phone. I called my friend who had just listened to the entire conversation on speakerphone and asked her what year I said my car was she repeated 1999 and the price that he quoted me yet he still insisted that I had told him it was

I trust these guys. My wife and I bought an older Mustang (early 00s) with the intent on fixing it up. Naturally, the transmission went out a couple weeks later. These guys were great at finding a quality rebuilt one and out it in for a fairly reasonable rate with a quick turnaround, all things considered. They're my go-to for anything I can't or don't want to do.

Worst experience of my life. I went in for a simple service and after trying to convince me my car needed an $850 service and I said I'd have to come back another day because I had to get a second opinion the father and son told me a owed a $180 fee for the 15 minute inspection they did... I asked a few more questions about the high price and the son began to yell at me and use ridiculous profanity. I am a visibly 5 month pregnant woman.

They overcharge and when called out on their pricing, they freaked out and told me I want free stuff. I never asked for anything free. We've been going here for many years and they suddenly got greedy. The guy I spoke to said he doesn't want me as a customer if I want something free and talked over me for minutes. I finally was able to talk and pointed out that I never asked for anything free. I was only giving friendly advice to meet the market on their pricing and then he hung up on me.

These guys are EXTREMELY RUDE! I could tell after the first three words I spoke that they were extremely bothered to have me asking for their help and they almost immediately discouraged me from wanting to do business their. Maybe they don't need business? I get that you are busy on a Sunday, but you should improve your communication abilities with customers. Good day.

Hands down by far the quickest and easiest way of having your smog check performed.
Sam the owner is ALL OVER THE PLACE on the property, wide open and greeting customers and rushing his employees to make sure customers are IN & OUT and back on the road again.
THERE WAS NO WAIT for service.
The employees abide to strict Covid-19 protocols.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! As a Yelp 5 year Gold Elite Member I strongly agree advise against the shop. I took my SUV on December 13, 2019 to the shop in San Diego because of water pump malfunction and replacement. The "new" pump didn't make it a year and broke down in orange county on Saturday night and overheated my car on October 31, 2020. The parts and service only lasted 10 months. They will lie to you about their one year warranty. When I called after my car was repaired and left stranded in orange county, they told me "you should have brought the car to the shop immediately

I'm wary of their pricing. This shop advertises a smog check special on their website of "$29.95 on most cars, 2000 & up, pass or free retest on most cars...". My husband took our 2002 Honda Civic and was quoted $59.95 (incl. cert. and trans. fee) on the basis they needed to check whether the car had "original" parts. I have never heard of this. Plus upon reviewing their receipt I saw they offer free retest "as long as customer agrees to do repairs at our shop...Note: if there were no repairs done to the vehicle or the vehicle was repaired at another facility
