This is the only mechanic I've actually trusted. The first time I came in with a used car, and he didn't charge me anything. He didn't find any issues, so he didn't make any up just to charge me. EVERY other place I went to came up with bogus charges, until I finally came here. Yesterday I got an oil change and break check (ended up replacing the back rotors, which were worn to the metal). I was even sent photos of the issue for full transparency. Especially as a woman, it's hard to find a mechanic that doesn't immediately look at you as a "dumb" cash cow

This mechanic shop is one of the best! I took my car to 2 different shops before I was recommended to T.P. and they fixed the problem. They are honest people and will definitely take care of you there. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Vehicle died on me twice in 10 minutes time. Took it in and left it over night. I was told it could take up to 3 days to get it back. By the end of the first day, the day i dropped it off. I had a phone call saying the issue was diagnosed and being worked on and would be available for pick up in the morning. Transaction went smooth. Super friendly car drives great! Would definitely recommend.

I towed my car to their location, already knowing what was needed to be replaced but not knowing how to fix it. The serpentine belt had ripped and the alternator was damaged. I took pictures & video of said issue under the hood for my own purposes & protection.
Less than 5 minutes after I leave my vehicle in their possession, I receive a phone call informing me of exact issues I was previously aware about. Nothing more & nothing less. They gave me a quote. I accepted. They told me the work on the car would be done by the end of the day. It was done in a few hours.

We've had Tony smog our cars when we lived on Texas St. he was thorough and helped us pass smog. Though we moved 45 min away, we still decided to take a drive and have him work on my car. Originally it was going to be for tires and alignment. Unfortunately Tony found that the front right axel on my Mazda is broken. He notified us that it will take 3 days for everything. My car was ready as promised. I have driven it for over 30 days and will say it's running very well. I will highly recommend the shop to anyone for car care needs.

I just had my 2011 toyota tacoma smogged and I can highly recommend this shop! They were friendly , very nice, helpful, courteous and fast. You can't ask for more than that. 5 Star all the way. I will definately be back in the future and will recommend them to all my friends.

Phong is an incredibly honest and kind man! I went in to get a smog check and unfortunately it did not pass. He asked if I had work done recently and I proceeded to tell him yes. He explained that perhaps I need to drive my car a few miles and then come back. I am currently working from home, therefore I don't drive it too often. I went for a drive, came back and he retested it and it passed! This man knows his stuff. No extra charges, no hidden fees, just someone who has a business with integrity. I will be coming back to him and referring my friends and family. Thank you Phong!!

Friendly, honest and efficient. I have had several repairs done here and I have zero complaints, The owner could've fleeced me on tires but instead told me that he didn't like the price he was given and told me. How many honest businessmen do that? This place looks after their customers over their profits. I will 100%, hands down recommend this place for anyone that needs repairs.

A walk-in, for a diesel, on a weekend, within 2 hrs of closing, and with a 30-minute turnaround, at the best price in town? Unheard of. But it really happened to me.

Last week I made an appointment to have my car diagnosed today. I show up at opening and the office manager tells me to leave the care and he might be able to look at it next week! I remind him that I made an appointment a week ago and he says that he never told me that he was going to work on my car the same day. When I told him that I can bring it back next week if he tells me what day he can work on it, he refused, telling me that he doesn't know when and if I want them to work on the car I need to leave it there and wait until he gets to it. Do not make appointments with this place

Phong goes above and beyond when taking care of my car. This is my 2nd time for getting a smog check service and I will continue coming back because the service here is world-class. It was time for me to replace my worn old tires with new ones and I contacted Andrew and Phong to help me find a good set. I've been setting up my car for Motorsport events and so I had a special tire in mind. Andrew and Phong were able to order me a nice set of Toyo R1R tires, a type of tire that isn't readily found in most places. Mounting and balancing was all done in house and I'm stoked to try this new set of tires at the next driving event I enter! Thanks guys!!

Just had my car Prius smogged. I'm assuming Phong is the owner. He approached me right away with a smile and welcomed me for my first time visit. I showed him the online coupon i found and he honored it on the spot. I dropped in without an appointment about 15 mins after they opened this morning and he had me in and out in 20 mins! I do not typically leave reviews, but for T P Auto I have too. I have found an honest, and commutative mechanic and this will be my shop from now on. The owner listened to all the concerns I had about my car, and made some really useful suggestions as well. Its apparent to me that they care about ensuring your car is well taken care of not only in the shop, but even after if drives off from the shop.

I came here for a smog test. They are a STAR location. The manager Phong estimated that it would take about 20 minutes and it took less than that. They worked efficiently and offered some pricing for other services like new tires and oil change.
