I have been going to Dragonfly Automotive for the last 3 years to have my oil changed and this was the first time I used them for my Smog Check. Per usual the service was prompt and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future for more services.

I have used Dragonfly for several years, they have done a wide variety of work for me, including rebuilding an engine, installing a new A/C system, timing belts, and miscellaneous services.

I've been going to Dragonfly for about 4 years now for all of my automotive needs. Three different vehicles of mine have been serviced here in one way or another, from routine oil changes to transmission work. Julio and Luis provide excellent service every time, with the utmost honesty, no pressure, and in a timely manner. I've seen Julio speak with a potentially difficult customer who was having an issue their car turning off. Why would I ever take my car anywhere else ever again for repairs?! Car issues are never fun so you might as well get your car fixed at a place that not only makes the experience as pain free as possible but dare I say…makes it enjoyable?! Every time I spoke with someone it was like I was talking to a friend. They kept me up to date on my cars progress, repaired quickly, were transparent with all associated costs and got me on my way. These guys have hands down provided the best experience I've ever had getting work done on my vehicle. They took good care of my girlfriend's car a while back, so I took my car here recently. Trustworthy and they go out of their way to genuinely help. They helped me save a lot of money on new tires, battery, smog check, etc. My tags were expired because DMV never sent me the tags, and they let me keep my vehicle in their shop to avoid getting towed. They also even drove my car around for a while (since it's been sitting) to make sure it would pass smog. I will be taking all future vehicles to this

My Audi Q5 SUV engine crashed at 133,000 miles. It happened on a Saturday….and I had to have it towed…somewhere. I Googled shops that worked on Audi’s. Didn’t have good experiences w the dealerships.
I saw Dragonfly…got good reviews….and open Sat. So I took a chance and called them. Tom said they had someone who specializes in Audi’s. I had it towed over…which is in a fairly convenient location.
I really thought I was going to have to get another car. It took a couple of days to evaluate. The diagnosis was…the engine was gone. Tom said to give him a few days to see what he could

My A/C went out right before I had to move to Las Vegas. Not a great spot to be in! I had less than a week to get this taken care of, and these guys really came through. They worked with my warranty company and got me back on the road, and were very nice and friendly the entire time. 10/10, I wish I could take them to Vegas with me!

I'm so satisfied with this shop's service that i do not even hesitate to recommend this to any of my friends for whatever car needs they have. The people are professional, responsive and they won't rip you off. Just a few examples of my personal experience of their great costumer service: (1) they volunteered a discount coupon that i was unaware of for my oil change (2) they changed my break pads when a different shop told me the whole break (pads rotors) system needed to be replaced! (3) replaced my windshield essentially half the price that i other shops quoted me for (4) worked

Finally an auto repair shop we can all trust without feeling like we have to inquiry about the same service at multiple shops to ensure we are not getting ripped apart. WOW! Absolutely fantastic service!
Tom and Louis at the front were so friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived before they were open, and there were a few mechanics setting up who were all very nice, got me situated, and offered me a coffee.
Comfortable waiting area with coffee, tea, snacks, and WiFi.
I came in for an oil change, they had me in and out within an hour.
They suggested a few additional maintenance updates, but not pushy and price was reasonable and up front.
10/10 would recommend!
As a side note, as a woman, I the past I've felt weird vibes or taken advantage of at auto

Brought my car in for a 40-pt. check due to the special offered by AAA for it's members. They completed it within an hour and gave me important information regarding the upcoming major maintenance needed. I take care of routine maintenance/oil changes/radiator flushes/cosmetics/filter changes, etc. but I don't have the equipment necessary for changing out the timing belt and replacing the water pump. Better left to those who do.
Julio was very nice as he gave me the information with the bad news (1k) and sent me a written quote which I really like. Verbal quotes are fine but I prefer

Came into Dragonfly for an oil change. They were quick and the customer service was awesome. There was no wait and they were honest. I'm always paranoid about mechanics/technicians trying to up sell you but these guys were awesome in that regard.
They were super honest in what needs to be done. Upon returning home, I doubled check to confirm what they said was true. I truly appreciate their honesty.

This is the best automotive repair shop in town! They are extremely fair in pricing and have excellent customer service. I have had oil changes, a brake job and I recently had them replace my tires. Finding a reliable auto repair shop you can trust is rare. I'm so happy I found them, and I plan to continue to go to them for all of my automotive needs.

First time there they checked everything very thoroughly. They have a great system to go on line and see all their recommendations, they are not pushy.
The one thing I didn't understand was I was told they didn't put air in my tires I need to go to discount tire or Costco, I never heard that before all oil changes previously since 2007 my Hyundai Sonata ( nothing special) either had tires rotated or air I had gone to Firestone, ace, express tire in the past.

Great guys who work in this shop! They are great with women and really take the time out to educate us on our cars and help us better understand how to prevent/treat certain issues. They try their best to fit me it when my work schedule allows and the customer service is exemplary.
