I purchased a new Grand Wagoneer from Tanner motors about 2 months ago. During the test drive and walk around, I discussed my towing needs with my salesman. I was told it had the tow package. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I hooked up to a trailer and found that there were no trailer brakes (key feature of the tow package and a necessity towing a 30ft Camper). Laura and Phil are amazing!!! Brought my Jeep in because of a noise issue (sound of wind coming through the cab). Never really did a lot of business with dealerships over the years, but after dealing with Tanner Motors I would happily return anytime!! Best experience I ever had at a dealership to be honest ( keep in mind I just spent $1700 in repairs). The man who made my experience worth while goes by the name "Storm" if I remember correctly, just his customer service skills had this customer smiling. Very friendly, very punctual, very honest. I have bought a couple new vehicles from this store and I am very happy with the way those transactions turned out, but as a service center they are really falling apart. Long story short, I brought my pickup in for a simple repair. They kept my pickup for a week. Charged me over a thousand dollars and didn't fix the problem. When I called and asked that they compensate or reimburse me for a portion of the bill they were not exactly easy to deal with. If you have a problem with them, don't expect them to ever call you back. Somehow they kept losing my number. Odd.

As a Business owner I appreciate amazing employees! and WOW does Tanner have a great staff. Myself and my Crew installed a Kitchen in the Cross Lake area and our Dodge Crew's Computer indicated get to a dealer about to experience DEF issues. Got to Tanner late in their day They Diagnosed the Issue, Had the new Injector, Put 2 team members on it and had us back on the road in just a couple hours. Friend took her car there for a cel. She knew the code as she has a reader. It was a #2 cylinder not firing . She told them she already had new coils. They took 150.00 from her but never really checked a dam thing!

My daughter was informed by Tanner her vehicle was misfiring due to needing new plugs and coils at the cost of $800. They looked at her coils and determined they were non-factory aftermarket, telling her they looked like they were Chinese and who knows what else is going on in there?
What they did to determine that the plugs and coils were bad and the cause of the issue is unknown to me. Sounds like just looked? I am awaiting to review paperwork that my daughter has from Tanner.

I've been using Tanner now for the past year and, bar none, the best service provider for all of my vehicles, none of them European either. They have done everything from. minor service to a complete overhaul. They are on time, very attentive, and they have an incredible operations system allowing customers to be fully engaged through technology, texting, etc.

I took my Mercedes AMG in for an oil change, and there was a problem afterwards. The customer service I was given was above and beyond what I've had before, from other shops. Mr. Tanner himself met with me to resolve the problem. Definitely a Five Star Shop !!

I really wanted to like these guys, but really? Seriously? I took my BMW in for annual service. When I picked up my car, this is what I found. I keep my car in immaculate condition inside and out. I hope the underhood work was not as shoddy. i wouldn't recommend them unless you really don't care what happens to your car.

Would not recommend. They failed to dx very important safety issues yet dx of other issues that were not accurate. They never got back to me with body work estimate and what they worked on caused new issues. They did not respond to my email in reference to request for information on why I had new issues after my car was worked on.
The only time I didn't feel safe in my Volvo was after they "fixed it".

Tanner was absolutely wonderful! Honest mechanics. I needed a new catalytic converter to pass emissions on my Lexus. They went above and beyond, got it done and kept me informed. They made sure it was done right. Derek is a friendly face in the office and is always there to answers questions. They are not the cheapest but they are definitely worth every penny because they take care of details and take care of their customers. I highly recommend this business.

We took our Prius there because of break issues. They did a complete diagnostic test, contacted Toyota and researched this common hydraulic issue. They didn't charge is for their time, even though it was left there overnight and gave us great advice on what to do next. We are grateful for their professionalism and will definitely be back for service on any of our vehicles from now on.

I waited to post this as was concerned a bit by the lack of communication which I felt could have been better. I chose Tanner Motors as I recently purchased a used Volvo and had an issue needing attention. Being familiar with the Tanner name (Ray Tanner Volvo was in biz in Phoenix for many many years) I needed to find a competent shop. I was very satisfied with the repairs and the overall experience, barring the slight delay in return calls. But I recently found out that is now the "norm" for repair facilities which never existed in my days of Auto Repair. I will be a returning customer

If I could give 100 out of 5 stars I would!! My daughter attends college in Phoenix, and shortly after arriving she had a mechanical problem with her car. It's always unnerving to find an honest mechanic any where, but all the more in a city I know nothing about. My husband researched Volvo mechanics and chose Tanner from their customer reviews. Just to let you guys know, I'm still with Tanners - and bought another Volvo so I could keep getting the amazing support and service they give. My boyfriend and I are headed to CA for the holiday and my alternator on Anderson Cooper (my sweet silver '99 S70 wagon - he's the silver fox) gave up the ghost. Derrick got me in during a very busy week for them, getting the alternator installed and leaving me feeling safe for the trip. They also spotted a gauge in a tire which I am getting repaired under warranty.....

I wasn't expecting to find a Mercedes repair shop within a reasonable distance of my house and with reasonable costs. These folks are terrific. They are always fair and don't try to squeeze extra dollars out of you. I can have a free coffee and/or Coca-Cola and/or bottled water when leaving or picking up my car. Their workmanship is excellent. Their customer relations in this town could possibly only be rivaled by Discount Tire and Costco.

So I waited a while to write a review of this business to make sure my car does well after they have worked on it. It still roars like a lion! I have an old Jeep that is dear to my heart and I rarely trust anyone but myself to work on it. I need a mechanic that knows what's up and understands that my car is my baby. The guys at Tanner Motors are the only mechanics I'll let within 10ft of my car.

This is my new favorite place to take my used Mini Cooper - Derek was completely consultative , the techs and mechanics are great, and they take the necessary time and "dude diligence" to find what's wrong underneath the hood. My engine had to be decarbed, because it was filled with carbon deposits from years of indifference and taking the previously used vehicle to the wrong service places using cheap oil products. Also my spark plugs needed to be replaced and Derek pointed that out. Basically from an end-to-end view they took care of me, and I will be back for my struts work at
