I wish I could share zero stars! Too much to say just be careful! Shady management especially Claudia. Thin walls, drawers made out of old parking signs. Roach infested. They will come into your apartment even if told not to. Ripped my alarm system out of the wall and clipped the wiring (I was still living here and informed them I was coming home to let them in because I had an alarm system.) When questioned they didn't know what I was talking about. Showed them the orange tape, then they sang a different tune.
Just careful if you live here. If you absolutely have to live here, save to get out

I have lived with my family for more than 2 years in CEDAR GLEN APARTMENTS in ANAHEIM. These were happy days in my life.
Very clean complex, nice and well-mannered neighbors, super professional staff, process applications very quickly, repair quickly and efficiently, always friendly and welcoming.
The community has three pools, interesting parties are held on holidays with food and gifts.
I especially want to note the work of the managers of Claudia and Maya. These are super professional people. They will always come to the rescue. They were very kind and friendly to people, always find solutions

Okay prices but you get what you pay for! All of the apartments in the back of the complex have asbestos and black mold through out every single apartment. The paint will only work for so long to hide it but the medical conditions you will have will be with you through a lifetime. The management knows about this as well as the maintenance who warned me about the asbestos himself. Some of the symptoms you might assume are from allergies or old age but you are wrong. About a year ago a gentleman died in his apartment due to fungus in his esophagus from the black mold. I myself have had to be treated

This has been sometime coming and I must say Cedar Glen staff are a breath of fresh air.
I have been residing at this property for over Ten years.
The reason for my current review is because I just renewed my lease at this property. It’s a well gated and safe neighborhood. The property is well managed and the apartment manager Claudia and her assistant Myra are exceptional professionals who take care of all their tenants. Claudia and Myra are attentive and handle numerous request during my stay and have always gone above and beyond in the pursuit of taking care of my many different requests

I been living here for 40 years and I'm very happy. I feel really save and thankful for having a home at cedar glen. Claudia and Mayra are wonderful people always trying to help out. They are very professional and really organized I loved that. Cedar glen is good place to have a home, very clean place. I always think that Claudia and Mayra are those kind of people that are directly sent from the creator above. The company should be extremely fortunate to have them. I hope that they continue to be the beautiful people they are today as when I meet them. Every time I go I out I see the grounds so
