Great experience, was looking for a specific part and the staff was attentive, dedicated and helped me make the right decision by contacting the service manager to get his advice. This is rare and makes your feel part of the BMW family.
The store is spotless, well organized and will make you stay to enjoy a tour of the "museum" and salivate in front of the motorcycles waiting to be bought! You are captive but comfortable.
Came to buy a part and ended up spending over 1/2 an hour chatting about my travels, my bikes and other employees riding experiences: a unique and special moment.

Have bought helmets and heated gear in the past and they've been stellar taking the time to make sure I was happy. Stopped in this past week to see the k1600. They didn't have any in at that time but was more than happy to show similar bikes and show some in service to give me an idea of what they offer. I'll be back when they get a new shipment. Bought this beautiful BMW Nine T Pure. Experience was amazing, fast, friendly and professional. I was working with Todd who went above and beyond on this deal. Spoke on the phone when I saw what Bob’s dealership had available, in few days went in, rode the bike and fell in love with this machine. Paperwork and whole transaction was painless and fast. They offer a huge selection of new and used motorcycles for any rider. Service is on another level, you walk in and staff greets you and makes you feel appreciated just by being there. I have to update my last review from a few years ago. I have had to order parts from Bob's since the pandemic has closed many other businesses. I must say that my latest purchase was quite an enjoyable experience. I needed a hard to find part, not only did Bob's have it but it was at a discounted price. I ordered online and picked up my parts in person. I must say it was an enjoyable experience. I'm sure they will be seeing more business from me in the future

Drew and the Bobs BMW parts team has gone out of their way to assist me in completing a rough start of a Cross Country trip (8500 miles). I was stranded in Chattanooga TN with the need of many parts for my 1998 R1200C BMW to continue my travels and they were able to triangulate the parts with other vendors that had the pars and point me in the right direction getting all parts in in record time! I live in Los Angeles and discovered Bob's BMW Motorcycles thru the internet. I decided to reach out to them regarding an accessory purchase. I spoke to Scott in the Parts Dept. He assisted me and was very professional and courteous. There was an issue when the unit arrived. When I spoke to Scott about it he took care of it immediately by sending me a replacement with out any hassle. I am really touched by how responsive and supportive he was. The team at Bob's BMW are true motorcycle enthusiasts and professionals. I recently purchased a GTL 1600 and it was a very pleasant experience. Jim Eagan handled the sale and Chris Sewell closed the purchase - both were excellent. No hard sales tactics at Bob's - they will guide you through the process and make sure you are happy with the bike you selected. Also bought a helmet and Scott made sure it fit properly and was comfortable.

I recently purchased a used BMW S1000R from Bob's and they really care about the service they are providing you whether your buying a new or used bike. They go over everything related to the bike and will let you take the bike out for a nice long test drive, not just around the parking lot like some places only allow.
They really try to make you comfortable and happy with your purchase and they don't try and push anything on you. They'll lay out all the options and explain the pro's and con's of everything. For example if you want to get one of their service warranties they'll outright tell you

Another excellent service! The service department at Bob’s has never let me down. The techs are meticulous experts that focus on every detail to ensure my bike is in excellent running order and in safe condition. I ride a GS adventure and I’m not gentle on it so knowing that Bob’s techs are looking out for me when they take care of my bike gives me the confidence to take my bike where it’s designed to be! I originally went in as a total beginner to get some information on a bike, gear etc. Todd Dibell did an awesome job of answering all my questions and kept a great line of communication even after the fact.
Their equipment expert helped me with my gear (had a special order) and overall was a pretty seamless experience.
I got some experience, passed my MSF and came back for my bike.

My boyfriend and I received our motorcycle licenses and immediately went out to buy bikes. (Well, I bought a scooter... hah.) My bf did a lot of research online and found a particular BMW motorcycle that he wanted to test ride and all the reviews said that Bob's BMW is the best place in the area to go. Some positive qualities:
- They loaned him all the protective gear needed to test ride a bike, since he hadn't purchased any yet.
- The sales person (Jim) did not pressure us at all, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He encouraged my bf to check out all of the bikes onsite

Even though I'm a seasoned rider, this was my first dealership purchasing experience. Bob's BMW has a great showroom whit a wide variety of new and pre owned bikes, that really shows you the various options there are. I worked with Paris Tato on my search for a new ride, he definitely was very useful, willing to hear me out and understand my needs and take on my complete battery of questions. Test rifes for two different bikes were set with out a problem. Once I made my mind, Paris helped sending me all information to deal with my Bank. After Everything was set, got a tour of the service

We went to Bob's BMW for an open house a couple of weekends ago. Though we were in the market for a new bike, we didn't go there looking to buy one. My husband insisted I needed riding pants... (Like there is anything wrong with my jeans ~whatever.)
They had a decent selection of riding gear for both men and women which was nice. I roamed around the store but the only thing that caught my eye was a BMW hat ....until I saw the prettiest bike. It was like in the movies when you see nothing around you but the ONE person... well here it was the ONE bike. A beautiful beige colored 2015

Two words: extraordinary service. I live in The SF Bay Area and even though Bob's BMW is in MD, I will continue to order parts from them for all of my beemers whenever possible. Here are two experiences why...

I ride a Harley. Today I went(by riding on my Harley)to Bobs bmws to test ride a G310.The guy sitting in the front desk asked whether if I'm going to buy the bike today. I said NO. Because I want to be honest.Then he replied me saying that they don't let test ride the bike if I'm not going to buy the bike same day. I'm kind of surprised and felt bad. I never experienced this kind of bad customer service. If everyone buy the bike same day you will be out of stock in less than a month.
I was genuinely interested in G310 R and who knows I may buy one.

Very friendly staff and if you're into motorcycles, specifically BMW brand bikes, this place is gonna be like heaven to you.
They've got a ton of bikes, both new and used. On top of that they've also got a terrific pro shop with everything from jackets to gloves to boots and jeans.
It's pretty impressive I've got to admit. And anyone who's read my reviews in the past knows I'm big on customer service, and this place definitely nails it in that department.
There's no doubt I'll be returning in the very near future. I just need to convince my wife

Update: I reached out to Bob's (against my better judgment) to have some work done on my bike after a recent accident. I was hoping they would give me some kind of service discount considering my previous experience there (description below). Joe Southard, the new General Manager at Bob's, said that they do not provide discounts to people that "smear" them on the internet and that their discounts are only given to "loyal customers". This is frustrating considering I have given them every chance to provide good service and they have tried to scam me at every step along

My 2016 R1200GS Adventure is back at Bob's for it's 600 mile service and farkle installation. I completed the purchase ten days ago, a Birthday present to me.
Paris Tato was my salesman. My transaction was complicated - I was trading two bikes for my new Adventure. Paris was patient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. His expert knowledge of the bike was very helpful. I'd do it all again with Paris!

I took delivery of a new 2016 S1000xr on the 28th. of August and I could not be happier. Paris Tato and Dennis Szarko went the extra mile to make this purchase as painless and fast as possible. Paris is absolutely a no pressure salesman and is very knowledgeable. Dennis was able to lower my interest rate from BMW finance saving me hundreds of dollars.
Both men are an asset to Bob and I would highly recommend dealing with them if you are in the market for a motorcycle.

I just dropped my husband off this afternoon to pick up his brand new 2015 s1000RR. He has been riding well over 20 years and this was his 'dream bike'...he's been waiting a long time for the day he would get one. Since I posted this review a lady in an SUV ran over the bike. Bob's BMW provided the repair estimate that led to the insurer totalling the bike.
I wanted to take it to Batley BMW/HD but the insurer would not pay to tow it that far so back to Bob's I went. Batley had given me a quote of $150 for the repair estimate but State Farm said they were covering it.. Bob's said the estimate would cost around $500 but, due to our history and as a measure of good faith they would do it for free to help me out as insurers "typically don't cover estimates".
