Don was exceptionally courteous and communicative throughout this process. That level of communication was really appreciated. The new fender looks great and they handled all the insurance business gracefully, even though it created extra work for them. On the down side, however, I wish somebody would have taken just a minute or two to really be sure the bike was fully back in working order before I came to pick it up. I noticed the blinkers and tail lights were both not working during the drive home. While they did fix these problems at no additional cost, Multiple trips back to the store is difficult

Went to have a 240MM Vrod tire mounted, although he couldn't do it(which he warned me on the phone he may not be able to handle that specific rim/tire design) he gave it a shot and gave recommendations of where I could get the job done, which turned out to be auto shops for such a large tire.
Since the auto shops don't have the adapters needed to balance motorcycle tires, I was able to come back the same day and get it balanced at Kundratic. You may be wondering why this warranted a review...
