Good service, pricing competitive
Revised - ended up canceling my order with them due to pricing. Raised the price after already having a pre-order deal done. Blamed it on freight and said it could go up again. But when I said I wanted to cancel, not only did they claim the price would freeze, they magically said the price would go back to the original price. That smelled fishy at that point and left me feeling like I couldn't move forward with them. Will see about giving them another chance...

I called Pete’s Cycle in Severna Park, MD to obtain a Kawasaki jetski gas cap on November 6, 2021. They assured me they could order it and that they would be in touch when it arrived. The original order was the wrong part so that order was canceled & the correct piece was ordered in it’s place. Pete’s Cycle assured me I wouldn’t be charged for the first incorrect piece yet, indeed, I was. Also, after them ordering the correct piece I never received any correspondence from them on it’s arrival date. I had to call them multiple times & leave messages to try and get in touch with their parts

Horrible place. They told me they do not work on anything over 5 yrs old.
One they sell it to you they are done with you. After not returning emails we finally got someone on the phone and made a appointment they told us we would have to drop it off they were not picking anything up.
We I tried to drop it off on the day we agreed upon, they told me they could not accept it for two more weeks.

I contacted Greg about a scooter that was listed online, and he talked to me about the history of it and answered all of my questions. Glad I reserved it before coming in, because their inventory was selling left and right. He knows Hondas and helped me understand what I may be looking for. Easy to talk with! When we test drove the scooter, he took the time to make sure I was comfortable using it and that everything was squared up.
Maggie shared her experiences and is such a great source of knowledge. Her enthusiasm for riding made it all even better experience!!! She

Walked in this place looking to to buy accessories for my bike. I asked for an internet quote nobody responded and walk in to buy a helmet nobody acknowledged me. So here is the deal, I will never go back. Ended up buying a bike cover and Helmet from Chesapeake Cycle. Ha. I have bought from Pete s Severna Park before. Twice. Never again.

Short: $1700 and didn't do all the work, the work done was poor, messed up other things and took much longer than it was supposed to.
My ATV is actually company owned. We have to use a 3rd party for service, which is the only reason why I used Pete’s Cycle. I work on things myself, including my own ATV’s. I used them 5 years ago, for another company ATV and had a horrible experience, but gave them another shot. I needed the unit back within 3-5 days, as it is used for work, so I needed an appointment made. They were too busy this summer, and after several months, I got in for service in January

I am a new comer to PWCs, Kawasaki Jet skis, BRP Sea-Doos, and Yamaha Wave Runners and wanted to purchase one at Pete's Cycle Co Inc. at the Severna Park location around mid August (2017). Look at this review for my tips on buying a PWC.

The sales rep Andrew A. was super nice, and was able to break down PWC models for what my wife and I was looking for. He was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons between the mfg/models/features. He's very knowledgeable.
(TIP #1) Because, the season was almost over there were still some PWCs left at the shop with dealer/mfg
