I recently moved out of Crystal Flats after living there for nearly 5 years. I stayed so long because it honestly felt like home, due in large part to the staff -- especially David, the concierge. He knows everyone in the building, asks about your day, and goes above and beyond to help make your life easier! I recently bought a home, and genuinely miss seeing David every day. Definitely recommend this property!

I stayed in this apartment for two years and overall it was a pretty good apartment.
Overall apartment:
The apartments are gorgeous with bright and modern finishes and the big windows make this apartment feel spacious. You'll have all the amenities you need: garage parking, a pool, rooftop, courtyard, gym, lobby, pet shower, bike room, and coffee bar. Everything is well maintained and the clean staff are awesome. I felt safe here during COVID. This apartment is also in a perfection location. Just a block away from the metro and within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and parks

I lived at Crystal Flats for a little over a year and a half and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartments are in great condition and the large windows provided plenty of natural light. But the real star of this apartment complex was the concierge manager, David. He always made us feel welcome and comfortable. In just short interactions while I was getting coffee from the lobby or walking to and from my apartment, David was always my favorite person to see and talk to at in the lobby. Honestly, I would’ve probably given 4 stars due to some issues with maintenance, but David makes this apartment

From the first tour we took and the customer service provided by management to the move-in - it has already been a very wonderful experience. Overall I really enjoy my time at Crystal Flats. Whenever there is a problem the management is quick to resolve it. The maintenance team is super friendly and helpful. The units are spacious and overall the soundproofing is strong (give or take some bangs from upstairs when something drops or they move furniture around). I love having packages come to my door and the garage is spacious. I would appreciate it if the washer and dryer were upgraded as they tend to randomly beep here and there when its not being used but they do the job. Working from home due to COVID is tough as is but the Crystal

Crystal Flats is by far one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The amenities are A1, beautiful view of the city, nice sized gym with new machines and plenty of office space to do work or a small meeting. The rooftop has a pool and several surrounding lounge areas that are perfectly distanced from each other if you want to read a book or get some sun. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and minutes away (driving) from site seeing. Not only is this a fantastic place, but the Crystal Flats staff is also top notch. Great place to call home. We lived in Crystal Flats for a year. The reason for moving was to have a larger apartment. The Crystal Flats is a professionally managed property. We really appreciated the management by Caroline. She is the best. Nice, responsive and knowledgeable. David the concierge is a super guy. He knows everyone by name and is always there to help. Again, we highly recommend this place.

M. Flats is a brand new apartment building that has fine amenities, friendly staff, and new furnishings! You just can't beat moving into an apartment that hasn't been lived in before. A clean feeling unlike none other. The location is very convenient being a block from the Crystal City metro. The rooftop is a great hangout spot, and the staff hold social events about once a month that are very nice for meeting your neighbors. Of course, every new building has some flaws especially when it comes to the air conditioning as it constantly breaks or resets numerous times a month. You just never know
