I saw the bad review and had to give my two cents. I leased the property in Hamilton Mill from Jason. Jason was veey professional and always answered or returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. I moved in today. The property exceeded expectations and actually Jason interrupted his Sunday to allow me to sign the lease and move in a few days early.
I would highly recommend Jason Lapene to anyone.

Jason lapene refused to meet with us at a property in Hamilton Mill where we texted and voice mailed we wanted to sign a contract. He to this day will not answer. He asked us on the phone if we could afford the payment?? Not legal. We drive to his office to meet him about this as we still desired this new property! The building manager says they’ve tried to reach him for the past two years as he has mail but he won’t answer either! He has no office there. What a waste if an hour to drive to his fake office! Unprofessional to say the least not to mention we are reporting him to the Board of

Jason SAVED Me-- My Dad passed away recently & the potential buyer wanted to sue me because we had already signed the purchasing agreement , ready to exchange- My dear friend introduced me to Jason and read the purchase agreement and found the 'biggest' loop-hole' that apparently most realtors make - ensuring that the Purchase Agreement is correct- the full address, location, county etc-- so the agreement became null and void and I could leave and take care of my Dad's Funeral--What a relief!! We need more Jason's in this business - Jason, THANK-YOU from the bottom of my heart - I really do mean

Wow, I am so overjoyed! Jason just sold my house which has been on market for nearly a year and went through 3 different agents previously, but no one could sell it or had the knowledge/strategy/skill/patience/integrity to sell until Jason took it over!!
