At Frederick Psychology Center, we continue to provide a wide range of therapy and evaluation services during the current pandemic. To ensure the safety of patients and staff, we are offering online services (telehealth). Our telehealth services are easy to use and require no special equipment except a webcam.
We use a HIPAA compliant platform to protect your personal information and privacy. In-person appointments are available for some services. Services
Business Coaching and Organizational Consultation (through Powell Management Reources www.powellmgmt.com). In individual psychotherapy you and your therapist explore in a confidential, trusting relationship the issues and concerns that are troubling you. You will have the chance to review how your situation developed and to discuss the meaning of those issues in your life.
We provide services for children ages four and older as well as adults. Using the most professionally recognized tests, we can assess intellectual functioning, learning styles, academic achievement, and emotional/ psychological functioning. Through in-depth discussions, we provide concrete and specific recommendations so you can understand your child's individual strengths and needs.
We understand that you may experience some uncertainty or anxiety when you arrive for your initial appointment. Be assured that we will provide a friendly orientation to our practice and the therapy process. As a start, we ask that you provide some basic demographic information. The HIPAA form is for your records but please complete and sign the HIPAA signature sheet where indicated.
