One of the nicest places to stay at in Lubbock. Pool is great, saved plenty of money on the gym using the one on the grounds. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues that come up. The manager Elena has been nothing but helpful and understanding while staying here. Sadly I will be moving at the end of the year but would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to stay where your getting your moneys worth for the rent.

I just moved here on my birthday nov 13th 2021, everyone is so nice and welcoming this is definitely home. My washer wasn't working due to the plugs being rusted and they literally replaced it immediately the same day I called. Thank you Paul (the maintenance guy) for going above and beyond to fixing this issue and even staying later then closing time to make sure I was satisfied. Elana has been nothing but helpful since day one as well. 😊💛

I've lived here for a little over 2 yrs now & like most places there's room for improvement. However, I will say we've been through I believe 3 managers since I've been here and every since the 1st one left, which was a bummer things were going down hill. We got Elena which is our management now and she's turning things around. Our pool is improved, the complex is looking better, she's getting our complex as well as our community involved in things. It's nice 😊.

I lived here for 2 and a half years until I was able to purchase a home. This is by far the best apartment complex that I’ve lived in. Service requests were always fixed same day or the day after. The girls in the office were always super helpful. I had a package delivered to my door while I was out of town, and I let the office know and they placed the package in my apartment for me. I would highly recommend Cooper Cove to anyone looking for an apartment!!

I've called Cooper Cove home for 3 1/2 years. The staff at CC are amazing (especially Chelsea & Fidel) and have made this complex into a home. Residents that either visit or stay longer, mostly all have jobs and are productive citizens, which helps with the overall well-being of living and the sense of community. I recommend visiting or living at CC. Cheers!

BEWARE. They fraudulently charged us for carpet replacement twice. The first time my girlfriend moved out and was charge for carpet replacement. She moved into a 1 bedroom and a few weeks later moved into the same unit when we moved in together. The foundation had a major crack under the window that leaked water into our master bedroom for months before they finally found and corrected the crack. Not to mention a water leak from the water heater and previous full apartment flooding from a faulty water sprinkler system. We had to move out of our room multiple times for them to dry the carpet.
