My car had 32k in damage - so you can imagine how many parts and the labor that was needed to get her back to working shape. Mike, who handled my car, managed my expectations and communicated so well from day one. He let me know when he was going to be checking in, let me know when there was something going on with insurance, he was transparent and he was sympathetic to the situation I was in. I can’t imagine working in this industry and dealing with the supply chain issues this industry has had during Covid, but it put my mind at ease when I knew the next steps at all times. Someone bumped into my rear bumper in my Tesla 3, causing a deep crease. The bumper had to be replaced and BodyWorks By Murray was one of the companies recommended by Tesla. Josh, my repair consultant, was thorough in his estimate and the repair was completed expertly, on time and on budget. They are certified to complete body work on Mercedes, BMW's and Tesla's. Michael Horr kept me informed as to the scheduling and work progress on the repair to my BMW. It was a minor job but it seemed just as important to him as a high-dollar repair. The final product looks great. The staff was very helpful in arranging a rental and working with the at-fault driver's insurance company. Highly recommended.

I had a couple of dings and dents in the hood of my Tucson, I know not a super fancy car, but they really bugged me. I didn't want to hassle with insurance, nor sure they'd pay so I called around for some estimates. Billy and Craig at BodyWorks blew the competition out of the water. I brought my BMW to BodyWorks by Murray Motor Imports in April 2021 to repair collision damage to my rear bumper, repair several scratched wheel rims, to have my windows tinted and for a full detail. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience from top to bottom. My car was ready when they said it would be and it looks Perfect!

This shop does an outstanding job, and I would recommend it to everyone, including friends and family, and anyone concerned about getting the highest quality repair outside of the BMW factory. They only perform BMW certfied work and dont settle for anything but perfection. They dont allow or use anything but genuine BMW parts. They recently repaired a car of mine and were very meticulous and thorough, which is an understatement. I have a brand new silver BMW X4 that when shipping from California to Colorado was damaged in an enclosed transport by an idiot driver. I researched authorized BMW repair facilities and was referred to MMI. Long story short, there was a massive dent in the driver door needing replacement as well as scratches all over the car, front bumper. They worked with my insurance (geico) and it was a seamless process with excellent communication the entire time. This is the worst experience I have ever had with regards to repairs. My 2019 x5 was in a relatively minor rear end damage accident. 2mo in the shop 2! I picked it up today the service advisor asked me if it always sounded like that.. I dont know! All the way home it was clunking and very loud. My son whom works in autobody crawled under the car to find they DID NOT ATTACH MY EXHAUST.. several bumper clips are missing a splash guard is missing and the back hatch struggles to open and close and will NOT work with the remote.. Worked with John Crandall to get repairs done on a 2018 BMW. Unfortunately hit a pipe that was sticking out of a wall in a parking lot that tore into the quarter panel. Having researched the quarter panel replacement and process, I was bummed knowing how long it would take. John was very honest about the estimate and helpful to get the car to where it looks better than when I first got it from a BMW dealership in California; not an exaggeration. I have worked with BodyWorks by Murray Motors on more than one occasion. Each time my vehicle is repaired to high standards which is one of the reasons why I go to them. The communication is always exceptional. Alex Cairo took the time to explain the process, specifically the steps involved with the insurance company and what to expect. There were a couple of supplements that needed to be submitted which slowed things down. No one's fault. A couple of years ago, 2015-ish, BodyWorks was good. They were always very slow to do the work and were terrible at getting a hold of, but at least they did great work. Just had my car there for some repairs, and while they're still incredibly slow and hard to get a hold of, the quality of the repair work is now terrible. They used to subscribe to 'underpromise and overdeliver', but now I feel it's the opposite. While walking around the car before work was done, the SA noticed some light scratches not related to my claim, and told me they'd get those out for me. Well

Don't go to this place. You have to schedule an appointment just to get an estimate done. Every other body shop in town gives you an estimate on the spot. This place told me a week out just to get an estimate appointment. They need to hire more people and improve their operations. If I'm not impressed with the first impression I can only imagine what type of service I would receive if I took my car here.

I had the unfortunate bad luck of having three cars in a row get damaged. Billy, who is the shop foreman, matched a BMW orange to perfection. Next was a black Subaru. Again a great match on a very tough color. And lastly my truck. An easy color to match but none the less got it done in an appropriate amount of time.

Recently, my car was in an accident. I drive a CLK550. Through word of mouth, I found Bodyworks by Murray Motors. I heard they had a new management team and team of experienced estimators, and that the they do great work. So, I took my Mercedes to Bodyworks. I was very impressed with how Bradley Lindsley told me they could repair the damage to excellent condition. A BIG shout out goes to Service Advisor, Alex, and Receptionist/Customer Relationship Manager, Amanda. Both Alex and Amanda made everything from the quoting process to the scheduling to the final delivery of my car super easy. They are professional, detail oriented, and they deliver on customer service. Let's not forget about the employees behind the scenes whom I never met. I have used them for years before they were acquired by Sonic. I am not a fan of Sonic because they lack the attention to the customer from a less advantaged economic station. Prior to being reorganized and managed by Billy Mahn, my car was mishandled. It took 5 months and it was still not right. With Billy again at the reigns, my Mercedes was treated right as was I as a repeat customer. I feel confident to leave my car with Billy again because I had swore them off and was in search of a different facility. Thank- you Billy for doing it "right!" You will help Sonic in the long run. I found my representative at BodyWorks super friendly and helpful. She worked with my very difficult insurance company and kept me more informed than they did throughout the process.

The repairs looked good. My only complaint was that my windshield splintered when it was in a high-heat paint room. It did have a crack, but I had no idea this would happen and wasn't warned prior to work. :(

Quite possibly the worst commercial experience I have had. Ever. We run a corporate car service. Our BMW 2014 535 was rear ended by a 17-year old girl while we were stopped at a light. Damage was minor but I wanted it repaired by the best.

So I ended up at Murrays because I believed the hype about them being the only factory certified BMW and Mercedes repair shop in Colorado.

Accident happened on Sat 1/9. Car was at Murrays 1/11. Estimate for the rear came in around $2500. I also decided to get the front spoiler re-painted due to stone chipping and agreed to pay for this personally. They quoted

I cannot rate this company low enough. One star is way too many. It has been 37 days, and I have not seen my car. I miss it and wonder if I will ever see it again. Do you think that it misses me?

I was originally scheduled to have my Volt repaired at a Chevrolet dealership. The day before I was scheduled to bring it in, I got a telephone call that they had closed the body shop because Murray Motor had bought out the dealership and was sending the work to Bodyworks. Having waited for the appointment, I made the mistake of not going elsewhere.

Just had my 2009 Range Rover repaired after a minor accident and drive over an hour in traffic and notice they painted the bumper the wrong color and there was also paint that stained onto the plastic. He tried to tell me bumpers are sometimes lighter....
Are you kidding me!
I then ask for a rental car and he acts like it's an inconvenience. Somebody should look at the car as this is totally unacceptable....

Brought my new Toyota Tundra in for hail damage repair. Be careful, because for starters, they are farming the work out to outside PDR shops. Got it back with several dents still remaining and new scratches, returned to the shop again. Those dents got fixed but had to return again because now I have trim falling off the truck. They blamed it on defective Toyota parts and sent me on my way.

Washed and waxed the truck only to find more PDR related scratches elsewhere on the truck.

And my headliner has dirty handprints.

Whomever they are using to do their work are amateurs, at best. There is nothing

You would think that this place would run an excellent service for being the only repair center in Colorado, but it isnt!

I had my car come in December for a hit and run, and it came out fixed, but with new scratches everywhere I looked. They had to remove the ones on the top of the trunk, underneath the window. When I came back to check my car in the light the next morning, i saw scratches all over the passenger back door. Unbelievable, they failed to fix half of the car, and told me to go to a car wash place to fix it.
