Overall, TNA is a solid shop for your everyday l, or more complex car needs. They’ve revived three different vehicles for me including one replacement of a timing belt awhile back. Everyone at TNA seems to have pretty good experience as well as knowledge. Cheers to TNA!

Tareeq is an absolutely LOVELY human being and he and the other folks there provide great service at a great value. This business is fantastic at keeping older cars on the road without trying to upsell you and they’re great about checking in every step of the way before completing repairs. Also appreciate that their time estimates are usually really accurate because I have a disability so it’s super inconvenient when I can’t plan around my vehicle being ready. LOVE these folks. Highly recommended!

We have been taking our 1991 Toyota Hiace, Japanese import to TNA for all of our mechanical needs. They have taken the time to get to know these vehicles well, and we are really pleased with the work they have done. Frank has been our main point of contact and he is knowledgable and patient with us when we ask (lots of) questions. We already have plans to take the van back for some more updates and we couldn't be happier to have this shop just down the street from us.

These guys are great and provide a good experience from start to finish. Mo solved an issue with my 2015 Corvette that had a previous shop stumped and got it fixed and ready to go in no time. It says a lot that the shop is also immaculate inside, these guys take pride in their work and get the job done right! Highly recommend TNA to anyone needing work done on their car and will refer my friends over.

Save your money and go elsewhere like half of the other reviews say. Not only were we astronomically overcharged for simple tasks, which triggered us to take the rest of the necessary work elsewhere. They tried to charge nearly $3000 for something we got replaced for $1100 at a high quality shop just a few blocks away.

These guys are straight up. I was on a long road trip from New York and they took care of some concerns I had with my car quickly and efficiently. They could have very easily taken advantage of me but they didn’t and charged a very fair price for the repairs that were necessary. The shop and even the bathroom were very clean which I thought was very professional. Top notch pros.

I have taken my cars to this shop over the years, and wondered why the issue has always been a lot more complicated and expensive than expected. I finally wised up. This shop is out to make as much money as they can out of your car.
My most recent experience was with my Honda that would not pass DEQ. It was not a surprise considering the age of the car, but what these guys did was a total shocker.
First: a misdiagnosis of the issue, and an unnecessary and completely unprofessional repair. My receipt reads: "we found that car needs a new muffler and tail pipe. The radiator is leaking and

This shop is terrible. DO NOT, DO BUSINESS HERE. Was told I needed a whole new engine after "inspection" and they charged me for this diagnosis. I Went to another mechanic and for under $150 total they replaced a torque plate. Nothing close to needing a new engine. I let the manager know of this and he became immediately defensive and angry. Terrible business practices. Terrible management. I do not recommend unless you're looking for a bad repair experience with terrible customer service. What a waste of time.

These guys seem honest on the face, but trust me, they are not. They tell you that you need parts that you do not need. They charge you brand new part prices for re-built, cheap parts. On three occasions, they told me I needed parts that a second opinion revealed I did not need. The first two times, I chalked it up to an honest mistake, the third time, I was done. If I could give them a zero, I would.

Nope.
Brought my Taurus here to get the air bag clock spring fixed twice. Both times my car ended up dead. Both times they blamed the part. Aside from the fact that my car still doesn't work, TNA didn't explain what was wrong with the parts until AFTER I discovered the issue. They knew it was a problem when they were installing but were unwilling to have the conversation until I confronted them.
Both Tareq and the front desk guy are nice people and relatively reasonable, but on this one, they didn't deliver. Just came up with excuses and told me it was my fault for not ordering

I just left Tureq's shop for the second time and I'm still impressed with his service and his knowledge. I have a Protege5 2002 (for authentication purposes). The first time I took my car to him, I was having repeated belt issues where even after my belt was replaced, it'd squeal and go bad within weeks. After taking it to him, he identified a couple of issues leading to unusual rubbing and wear of the belt. He quoted me a fair price for the fix and even gave me a loaner car to get me around while mine was being repaired. Car runs better now and problem is definitely solved.
