We were welcomed with a smile as we walked in, the sales person knew his product line well. The shoow room was sparkling clean. The building and parking lot were pristine. Their business was located at the end of the street of an industrial neighborhood with lots of homeless shelters. The dealership seemed very out of place in the area, it was well maintained and very visible. The prices were higher than other dealerships I have visited in the past 90 days (WA, MO, AZ)

Thank god Jason is back in sales! We just purchased a new pontoon boat and our service was beyond phenomenal. From the sale to the assembly right on thru the delivery everything was handled with total professionalism and class. Jason goes above and beyond what any salesman has ever done for us and we appreciate the fact that the last three days he help assemble our boat on his lunch hour. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever endured! Do not take your ski to get fixed here… $1800 my ski is in worse shape then I brought it in and was told “sorry about your luck” by the owner. Horrific experience… unprofessional, does not stand behind their work and won’t own to their mistakes. Can’t wait to give my business to a company that actually respects their customers!

"Sportman show special" Being told that was the "all said and done loaded in my truck price" Then when my unit came in May I was filling out my paper work and noticed they jacked the price way up. I polity showed the financial manager my invoice and he was immediately pissed. (Not sure if he was pissed at me or the sales guy) I asked for my sales

My first & only experience with this dealership was sales staff giving me bad information, unmet promises to call back, unprofessional language/excuses (while explaining behaviors of the other salesman), and a general feeling that my money (or order/deposit) doesn't matter to them. I even put my phone on speaker and my wife couldn't believe what she was hearing. Personally, I'll take my business elsewhere & recommend to others I influence that they should do the same.

Tommy, my service advisor, went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. I had some overheating problems with my snowmobile. He was in constant contact with me through the entire process. They were able to diagnose and repair some rare and uncommon issues. SK NW is very fortunate to have found such a rare and caring individual. Thank you Tommy and SK Northwest.

Absolutely the worst service experience of my life! I dropped my Sea Doo off over a month ago for some routine service. Zero communication for weeks. I have called them over a dozen times but can never get a status. Originally I was quoted $700 and suddenly now they want to charge me $1,200. After a daisy chain of broken promises I asked to speak with the owner Sean but he refuses to take my call or call me back. I waited on hold for over 3 hours to speak with him before I got hung up on and have now once again been on hold for an hour waiting for him to pick up. Ashlee is probably the rudest

Drop my Slingshot off for some service they were to call me when it was ready did not call, they loss my keys to the sling shot took them an hour to find them then when I pick it up my slingshot was left outside in the rain it's all dirty now I'm going to spend a few hours cleaning it wish they was another dealer in the Portland area

This place technically does have a "service" department. Just don't expect any great service. I needed to drop my boat off for a warranty issue, fuel gauge stopped working. In an attempt to expedite things, I had already tested the sending unit, so 90% chance it was simply a faulty gauge. I even called their parts department ahead of time and, yep, they had a fuel gauge on the shelf. After being ignored for 4 or 5 minutes by the employee behind the counter (she even took a phone call while I was standing right in front of her), I was finally acknowledged when another employee walked

Bought 2 new outlanders from them within 8 months of each other, plus a couple thousand dollars in accessories. Spent like 30,000 there in one year. One of the outlanders has had nothing but issues. So when it comes to actually taking care of the customer, they have no interest. The quad just sits there and they don't want to work on it. Have had it the off and on for a couple months time, and the quad is only 6 months old. They won't call me and give me updates. Every time I call them it's the same excuse, they are busy and haven't been able to work on it. Now I have a $15000

I'M saying this is PROBABLY the worst experience of my life dealing with the owner Sean Karembela, and his staff at SK Northwest.
I was told to drop my new 2019 wave runner off Thursday morning to have warranty repair work done on my wave runner I chose to drop it off Wednesday afternoon in advance to give them additional time to prepare to work on my equipment.
All the while being promised by the staff Matt, Chris, Reese , Michael that it would be available for pick up Friday afternoon mind you I had to pay for the labor and parts 3 weeks out in advance and this appointment had been scheduled

I'm a pretty big fan of customer experience being the difference between two and five stars. For SK, Bruce, Jayson, and the rest, I give five for that very reason. The team was very responsive to my inquiries and were available every time they said they'd be. After my conversations and independent research, I settled on the ATV of my choice. When I showed up to discuss numbers, I was given a very favorable number within 5 minutes, and done within 10. At the service/parts counter, Jayson was fantastic in walking through everything with me, helping me find what I needed, not trying

The facility is very nice as well as kept clean and presentable.
There are some very good employees at SK. Really good parts Dept as well as service Dept. My rating of this business is low due to the salesman Chris that is not honest and this seems to be ok with the owner (Sean) and Chris is the only salesman.
I don't conduct business with dishonest people so while I have previously purchased machines here my latest purchase was made elsewhere.
Employee turnover is high which I can only account to how employees are treated.

Awesome Staff that will get you what you need. Chris will do everything he can to get the perfect Ski to make you happy and Jayson will accommodate all your accessory needs. The gentlemen and women that work here really made me feel like a valued customer every time i visited and they have made a permanent customer with me. Very incompetent people here. They are nice enough but nice doesnt get things done, nor does it help me. Took my rzr there over 2 weeks ago to get it fixed. Never once did they call me back with a diagnosis. I called them 3 times to find out the problem and cost and always got "I will find out and get back to you"
They knew I had a vacation scheduled with it 3 weeks from taking it in and they never ordered the parts I needed. I called yesterday to see when I could pick it up, only to find out parts couldnt be here in time for my vacation because they nevered bothered to order them 2
