Kevin made the experience very quick, was very nice and got us financing quickly. The bike is in top notch condition. We are very pleased, however we got the bike on a weekend and he promised us he would transfer title and get us plates on Tuesday. He didn't come through with that promise so we haven't been able to take the bike out, which is frustrating. But everything else was a great experience.
