At Pacific Motorsports, we only use the finest quality factory filters and approved lubricants from Total, Liquimoly and Redline. There is no benefit to the use of lesser quality lubricants and inferior filters. We recommend synthetic oil changes every 6,000 miles instead of the factory-extended drain intervals.

The highest designation one can earn from the factory is called Level 1 Master Technician, we employ three such technicians here at Pacific Motorsports. Each of these technicians, Matt, Kevin, and Karl, spent considerable time being formally educated by BMW in their factory training programs.

Absolutely amazed by the speed of their work and the care they took of my vehicle! I've been having issues with my 2004 530i project and was on the verge of giving up and parting out the car. Decided to spend the money and hoy was i pleasantly surprised when I got my car back, and it drives better then the first day I bought it! So thankful for this shop and honestly won't be taking my BMWs anywhere else! Check them out!!!!

Chris and the rest of the crew are always professional, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. We take our X1 and Mini to them for regular oil changes and diagnosing/repairing any mechanical issues that crop up. Communication and customer service are excellent. Probably not the cheapest shop in town, but you get what you pay for in quality and attention - and you can tell they treat their employees right.

Mark and Chris are very professional. They redid my yearly check up to provide some security in terms of what the dealership provided me a week before. They clearly explained all the call outs and what needed to be repaired and what could be held off.

Pacific Motorsports is my go-to. They are professional, friendly and timely.
I’ve had my MINI serviced by them three times and I will not go to another shop in Portland. They are the perfect blend of modern practices (digital diagnostics sent directly to your phone) and hometown shop—they aren’t trying to convince you to get unnecessary repairs (cough, MINI of Portland)
Not to mention, they’re classy. You can expect to receive your car back better than you left it; washed and vacuumed.
I always leave feeling positive about the experience and confident about the condition of my car.

Pacific Motor Sports is the best BMW shop I’ve been to. Everyone is highly professional, courteous, and friendly. The thoroughness with the inspection and servicing was outstanding. Their communication with me was excellent. Chris the service manager is “on top” of everything. I actually look forward to taking my car to Pacific Motorsports because they treat it like they own it.

Found this place after my wife bought a new to her BMW X5. Had a minor suspension issue we didn't want to become a major issue. Their reviews speak for themselves. Chris greeted me with a smile when I dropped off the car. He immediately had a conversation open through text about what was going on. Kept me in the loop from start to finish. Diagnosis was very in detail. Never had shop have such attention to detail on everything. They found the issue you had and made the recommendation not pushy and we went forward with repair. Picked up car next day washed and drives amazing now. Incredibly honest

I believe I found the primary home for our BMW X5 that we are very much enjoying. I spoke with the owner on my first call for about 20 minutes and when I brought the vehicle in, Chris was great and we sat down and connected for a bit. I had them do a Post Auto Inspection where they went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and the car came out in great shape with just a couple things that I need to do. when I was researching shops I called a few different places, and Pacific was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me so much great advice. Their passion for these cars is evident. Their price per hour was also quite competitive with other specialty BMW shops. I had a few special needs/requests, and they were right on top of it. If you're looking for a BMW shop, just go with these guys. They'll give it to you straight.
