I highly recommend and do not typically post reviews. I found them, particularly Ashlee, to be informative not only on the market in general but also in suggesting additional areas that might fit our needs. Blueprint Real Estate Broker and Agent Blair Lassiter and Ashley-Casserly Greenberg took advantage of my families lack of termite knowledge when we were buying 2 small houses on one property in Downtown Orlando in 2018.
First agent Blair was selling the property to us but she dropped out of the picture suddenly when I told her that her suggestion to mail me the termite bonds AFTER the closing didn't seem fair or right.
