Bespoke jewelry and Jon are the true definition of quality and customer service. I was on a search for someone to refurbish and improve our original engagement ring that was less than impressive in it’s principal form. Incredible service and quality. I needed a family heirloom ring recreated. Jon was incredibly professional, polite and very responsive. Never had such great service before. He got the ring done quickly. The work is so good it is VERY hard to even determine which is the original ring, and which is the new ring. I would highly recommend.

It has been awhile since working with Jon, I've been meaning to write this review as these positive thoughts were well earned. Jon was kind enough to assist in duplicating a Diamond Heart Pendant belonging to my late wife's mother, it was lost at the time of my wife's passing. As one can imagine recreation of this piece was an emotional undertaking and Jon through his experience and compassion made the entire process a bit easier...a total of five (5) replicas and one Men's Version were made and much time was spent in ensuring that both the Men's Version and recreations were as true to the design

I went to Jon to have him construct a custom and one of a kind engagement ring and couldn't have asked for a more personal experience. We sat down went over a very detailed and thorough explanation of what I was looking for. He was in contact with me throughout the entire process, sending me drafts and allowing me to give feedback on adjustments of the ring. He nailed it! The ring came out beautiful and my now fiancée absolutely loves it! We cant wait to work with him again creating the wedding bands. Thanks again Jon!

Jon at Bespoke Jewelry did an incredible job recreating a bracelet I sent him from a blurry photograph - he was very responsive and took extra care to make sure I was completely happy with the design and materials before he started work. He was also upfront and transparent about the costs of the project and worked with me to make sure it fit my budget. Below are before (with flowers) and after photos so you can see how well he did. I would highly recommend Bespoke Jewelry for custom pieces and would happily work with Jon again.

Jon created a beautiful design for 3 pendants to celebrate my 3 friends who received the same recognition recently. I brought my ideas to him (graphic and meaning ideas that I wanted the pieces to express) and he transformed this into a design that is perfect. He worked with me over about 2.5 months to design every detail, front and back, of the pieces. That process was full of joy for me, mostly because of Jon's imagination and openness to my thoughts and wants. My experience with Bespoke Fine Jewelry was terrific! From the time I sent in my inquiry to delivery of the ring, timeliness of responding to emails and communication was quick and customer service was great! Attached are two photos, the one on the left is a ring that I had lost and given that the picture was blurry and not the best quality, the result is the right picture, almost identical! I highly recommend doing business with Bespoke Fine Jewelry and look forward to doing business with them in the future!
