The staff is incompetent. I tried cancelling an appointment and it was impossible to get through so they ended up charging me for a no show. I called to dispute which was a horrible experience since no one would call me back, tried constantly for weeks until I ended up paying it because the stress wasn't worth it.

Very poor customer service and little to no care for patience. I suffer from extreme headaches and was constantly having to call them for an increase in mg dosage of medication. The front desk attendant either was never able to convey my needs correctly to the doctor, did not convey needs at all or the doctor did not feel as though the situation was important enough to gain here attention. Also had to wait well over a week in order for them to refer me to a neurologist. DO NOT DO YOURSELF THE DISSERVICE OF GOING TO SEE THIS DOCTOR.

Very unprofessional, they don’t even know what they are doing. The Doctor guesses half the time. Every time you call you get put on hold or they hang up on you. They never call for results and when they do call they ask you to schedule an appt to give you results you have already been seen for so they can charge your insurance extra money. The Dr never calls you, she has her staff call you and when you asked them questions on the diagnosis they never can answer so they tell you they will ask the Dr but you never hear back from anyone. So if you want to get the results you have to take a day off
