When you bring your child to our office, you can expect excellent medical care, convenient service, a friendly and respectful environment, as well as resources and counsel on raising healthy and happy children. Preventative care is very important to your child's overall health. Not only do children receive their scheduled immunizations, it also gives you an opportunity to discuss your questions and concerns with the provider. Our providers will continue to conduct developmental screening and counseling to guide you through your parenting challenges.
Even though children may not need to receive regular immunizations, it is important to come in for an annual visit anyway so that we can evaluate how they are doing. During these visits to our pediatric clinic for adolescents, we will conduct vision and hearing screening, speak with you and your child about any questions or concerns you may have, and counsel you appropriately.

Being on Medicaid, there isn’t the best choices of doctors so since my son was born two years ago we’ve switched doctors about five times. They never seem to care, they want you in and out. I think we’ve finally found the one, Dr. Rockett genuinely cares about my son and it was only the first visit. He took his time, asked a lot of questions and it made the difference. We’re happy to have found him.

So pretty disappointed… my son has been struggling with allergies since he was months old, he is 2 1/2 now. Recently he got really bad. Daycare sent him home with a fever. Went to see the young nurse practitioner, basically said that my son just has a cold. Keep giving him the allergy meds. My son had short breath and coughing so much and the fevers. And he got worst with crust in his eyes. Just didn’t feel right. We ended up going to another doctor, turns out my son had a virus and an ear infection… our new doctor prescribed him with antibiotics and other meds to help him feel better. This

Mr. Rockett as well as the nurse assisting were amazing with both of my kiddos, super playful and made the experience not even feel like a doctor visit! My kids have never been more excited to go back to a doctors visit! Highly recommend this clinic! My daughter received vaccines and didn’t even cry for the first time ever! Thank you A through Z!

Went to see doctor for my child’s wellness check up. Front desk girl is very friendly and professional, it’s the check out girl. I have a toddler and as any parent can understand, they can be a hand full especially when you are given paperwork to fill out. My child had gotten some display items and kind of made a mess which I was going to pick up after I was done with my paperwork. The girl at check out opened the glass window and said “ are you going to pick those up?” I don’t think she had the right to jump to conclusions and assume I was gonna leave the mess on the floor. Dr.Rocket is by far the best pediatrician, in my personal opinion. He throughly explains and answers any questions you may have. My son is 4mo, so I’ve only been seeing him for about 2 months but so far so good. They do accept Medicaid/Superior health plan. Overall I am satisfied with the doctors care for my son. :)

I have been so impressed with the care my children have received here. Mr. Rocket is kind and thorough with his examinations and incredibly encouraging to parents. He goes the extra mile to make children comfortable during the appointment. We have also had a very positive experience with Ms. Kristie when Mr. Rocket wasn't available. The front desk staff is kind as well, although it has been hit and miss with getting referrals taken care of in a timely manner.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Absolutely ridiculous service. I have taken my kids (we have lived in 3 different states) to different Pediatric clinics and this one is BY FAR the worst clinic on multiple levels. Front office staff are incompetent. I am livid! Took both of my daughters to have their physical and vaccinations for school. Walked out with only the physical that is required for sports, but not given vaccine paperwork for proof at school. Called the office and said I could come and pick up the paperwork needed. Arrived and was told it was a 5.00 charge for me to receive a copy of the vaccination record and was informed had I asked for it the day I was there for their physical, there would have been NO CHARGE! They knew why were there! They understand that this info and proof is needed for schools, so why not offer the info

Dr. Zamuco is beyond terrible. She talked over me, made my 5 year old cry, and walked out of our appointment because she didn't want to wait two minutes for me to remove a bandage to have stitches inspected. On a separate occasion, she recommended and oversaw the administration of a vaccine she I had moral objections to (we gladly would have received the regular vaccine that we had no objections to). She either doesn't care about ethics or she's an idiot.

If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled a dr appt for my child for 5:00. On my way there, there was a stalled vehicle which caused horrible traffic and then the Sonterra exit had been closed. I called the office prior to 5:00 to let them know I would be late. I got a recording and left a detailed message with my phone number. The hours online say open until 6:00 pm. I got there at 5:30 only to find out both doors are locked. As I'm walking away Dr. Levcovitz yells to me that both doors are locked. Yes thank you, I realized when I tried to open them. HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The 1st time I took my son to the office it went great, the 2nd visit I waited 1.5 hours, his 3rd appointment I called to reschedule and was told they had an opening for the following day. When I called that morning to confirm the appt time I was told he wasn't on the schedule. Apparently he was never scheduled but the lady on the phone told me they could squeeze him in. I checked him out of school and called the office to let them know I was running late due to a traffic accident but I was put on hold for 28 minutes. By the time someone answered it was 5 minutes

I have used this office for approximately 8 years now. It used to be wonderful. Some of the office staff is great and friendly, however a few people have left a bad taste in my mouth recently. They will make you schedule unnecessary appointments stating your child hasn't been seen, when they actually have. They lie and do not follow Medicaid guidelines. They are about money, NOT patient care. Do not use this office!

The place is clean. The staff are not rude by any means but are not too friendly. They were a little more reserved then I am use to. I didn't like that they had to have my daughter remove her clothes just for a simple physical. When I questioned, I was informed that the doctor was not going to examine any "private parts". However, that is exactly what happened and my daughter noted that it's "wrong to lie". And indeed we were lied too. I would have approved of such exam if asked. I have a love hate relationship with A- Z pediatrics. I've been bringing my kids here for over 2 1/2 years.
I love Dr. Rael & Brittany Lewis, both are great! Super friendly and knowledgeable.
My issue lie with the disorganization of the office. It reminds me of a sonic run by teenager's.
Our last 4 appointments we've had to wait OVER an hour to see a Dr.
Both my kids are in sports and various clubs after school and we don't have time to waste sitting in an office because of double/triple bookings.
It's horribly unprofessional and yet it's happened continually

One of the most unprofessional establishments to take your child...head of their billings department which is Oma failed to send the claim for my sons wellness checkup to my insurance after months of trying to get it resubmitted from them....owes me $120 that I have also been trying to get for months now with no success....manager doesn't have the decency to pick up the phone and call me about the situation and staff just tells me they don't know where she is so I can't talk to her and have been waiting for her to call me back but still nothing...

We see the FNP (Brittany Lewis) and she is amazing!!! My oldest sons first pediatrician was HORRIBLE. So I am very picky when it comes to the care of my boys. The office seems a little disorganized but we have never had a bad experience. Going back to Brittany though, I just can't say enough how amazing she is. She loves what she does and it shows. If you are thinking about trying this office out, schedule with Brittany!!!!!

Terrible, worst doctors office I have ever been too. They are disorganized, inefficient, and inconsistent. They are in pursuit of their own agenda and do not listen. After being sent all over the place for testing, appointment after appointment accomplishing nothing, I had enough and changed doctors. At the new doctor it took one appointment, confirmed what I thought from the start and moving forward. Stay away.

When I first arrived I was very happy about this place, but things changed and fast. When it was time for my kids( who are minors) to see one of the doctors she would not listen to what I had to say. The doctor told me she would call in medication for my daughters acne and that didn't happen. I had to call the office 4 times to see if they were going to call it in, not to mention the phone system sucks! I literally waited 45 minutes just for someone to pick up and greet me. Following week my other 2 kids see another doctor, same thing happened she would not hear me out, I told her this medication

I have to say the staff are amazing. Everyone is kind. My kids have been here a few times and the Dr is amazing and very very thorough when she examines the children. I haven't been to a doctor s office in a while that gave more time with each pacient. They ask questions and also ask if you have any questions instead of just hearding you out the door. My children are well taken care of. The facility is very clean. The Dr Chintapalli is an international winner of pediatric medicine. She cares for each and every child. It is in her heart and passion. I would definitely recommend this
