Empress Brow and Beauty was founded in 2017 by Emily Fabrocini, a Licensed Tattoo artist, Esthetician and Cosmetologist and Certified Makeup Artist. Emily started her career in the Beauty Industry in 1998, by becoming a Certified Beauty and Special Effects Make-Up Artist at Westmore Academy, in Los Angeles.
If you want the look of full brows without the hassle of ever having to fill them in or wear make-up again, we have a solution: Ombre brows. Make-up will eventually smudge, but this process will cut your getting ready time in half and never wash off. We know Microblading is all the rage but for some it just isn't enough enhancement.
This technique will define and even out the lip line that you naturally already have while tinting the lip with soft color. Your lips May be swollen/plump a day or so after and the color will be very vibrant. As your lips heal the swelling will go down and the color will continue to soften into a natural tinted lip.
Empress Brow and Beauty is one of the only studios in portland to offer Saline Tattoo Removal. This procedure is a very safe and effective method of removal for Face and Body. It targets all tattoos regardless of age, color, and placement. The Solution is all-natural, consisting of Sea-Salt, Lemon and Orange Seed Extract, Aloe, and Purified Water.

In January, I got my eyebrows microbladed/shaded by a cheap artist who ended up giving me an asymmetrical botch job instead and I absolutely hated them, realizing I had made a big mistake (lesson learned, do not get permanent cosmetics done by anyone who charges only $250). After doing some research and exploring options for the safest cosmetic tattoo removal method, a week later I found out about Emilys business and began saline removal sessions with her in March. I had powder brows done at Empress and Emily did a fantastic job. Since I had my brows done, I have had so many compliments on them and every time I look in the mirror, I am so pleased with the job she did. Her studio is spotless and modern and I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. It did not hurt and she kept me warm and comfortable throughout the procedure. I had my eyebrows micro-bladed for the first time at another salon. I really did not like the shape, it felt too thick for my face. After some late night googling, I found Emily online. I was able to book an emergency removal appointment and see Emily within 24 hours of my initial micro-blading session. Emily walked me through the removal procedure and what the range of results could be. I opted to have the removal done and she was able to remove almost all of the ink. I am grateful to have found her service. She was caring and professional. Highly recommend.

Emily is simply masterful. She is also conscientious, very knowledgeable, and relatable. This was my second visit after a year, and I couldn't be more thrilled (again) with the results. I could've waited a few more months for my touch up. Emily's work is just THAT good! A previous experience with a brow specialist necessitated fill-ins after a mere 2 months. I couldn't be happier with my brows! I was a teenager on the 90's when it was all the rage to have pencil thin brows. Needless to say I plucked the heck outta my brows. Fast forward to later in life...brows thin and gone. Emily worked her magic and brows are back, full, gorgeous and no pencil needed. Her studio is so chic and has amazing art filling the walls. She is so skillful at her craft and truly cares for her clients. I highly recommend Emily if you're looking to get your brows back and beautiful!

Emily is amazing!!! She is thorough, knowledgeable, and has an amazing sense of esthetics. I have a combo of Microblade and Ombré, Emily was able to balance my brows so they look proportionate and just down right pretty. The color she selected is absolutely perfect, and the shape/ placement is flawless!

Last year I came to Emily with my sad, red, asymmetric eyebrows that were microbladed by a woman in Chicago the prior year. I was new to the area, and flying blind while looking for an actual artist to fix my bad brows. I have practically no brows due to aging, and the 90's. Lol the tails are completely gone.
When I found Emily, I immediately trusted her judgement. That's rare for me, but she's just so kind, and confident. You can tell she knows what she's talking about. I left my face in her more than able hands.

I got my eyebrows done today and I'm very happy with the results. I am extremely impressed with Emily at Empress Brow. Emily is very professional and her consultation provided me with the confidence that I wanted to go ahead with microblading. I'm 52 and my eyebrows have thinned. I have never gotten any cosmetic tattoos done and I'm generally speaking skeptical about any type of beauty work. However, I'd grown tired of "painting" on eyebrows every morning. Emily is so knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and heard - this definitely didn't feel like a "one brow fits all" experience! I appreciate that she listened to what I wanted and combined that with her expert opinion. I love my brows and would recommend her to anyone! We did microblading (no shading) on my brows and I love how natural they look.
