ProFormance Pilates is a like new, spacious, contemporary Pilates and fitness studio located in the Danville Livery in Danville, CA. We primarily specialize in Pilates reformer classes, and also offer Pilates Mat, Foundation Training, Spin and TRX classes. We believe that movement helps make people better, and Pilates provides an excellent medium for safe, effective, and efficient movement.

Anyone can learn Pilates, whether they are brand new to movement or fitness, rehabilitating from an injury or surgery, or are a seasoned athlete. Pilates will help you stand taller, get stronger, improve flexibility, correct muscle imbalances, and aid in injury prevention. We're here to bring out the best in you, so let's get moving!.

This class is ideal for new and beginner level Pilates clients on the reformer. The class flows at a slower pace and focuses on learning and practicing the fundamentals of Pilates techniques and basic reformer exercises. Max capacity is 9 participants. This is our standard Pilates reformer class, which features the basic Pilates exercises plus their progressions, as well as intermediate exercises.

This studio is staffed by excellent, dedicated instructors specializing in Pilates. I believe Pilates was responsible for giving me back to a normal lifestyle. Ortho surgeons said that even after right Total Hip Replacement that I would have pain due to nerve impingement.
