Took a down comforter here for dry cleaning. Came back on the date it was supposed to be ready and they couldn't find it. They told me they thought they gave it to another customer and would contact that customer. I gave them my business card and phone number. Didn't hear anything for three days. Went by there again and asked if they had contacted the customer. They shrugged their shoulders. I then asked if they would be compensating me for the cost of the down comforter. They shrugged their shoulders again. I've been a customer of theirs for 12 years. Never again. These people are at least, incompetent

Brought clothes in on Wed. a.m. before 7:30 am to pick up on Thursday after 6 pm. Got there some of them pieces were ready, my jeans I needed for work couldn't be found at the moment! Takes forever to come back and told me they weren't done and she tried to press them herself and gave them back to me soak and wet! Brand new jeans, poor service! She thought it was funny and began to joke with another customer about it. Quality will triumph convenience any day. Never again, stay away!!

Blanca has been working here for years,, more than 30 years to be exact and she is the best. I mean she doesn't even ask for a name or ticket number, she has it all memorized. some customers even pass by to bring her gifts on special occasions, she's never messed any of my orders up!

I have had a great experience at this location every time. I have had The Misfortune at other cleaners of of my clothing being ruined, lost, and actually given to the wrong customer. I usually ask for the total cost of the clean earring bill when I drop my clothing off so I can come prepared with the right amount of money. It's really nice that they offer the drive-up window although frankly it's not necessary since there's plenty of parking and you can walk right in with your stuff

I've only been here 2 times and when I went to pick up my clothes the second time, they came back after 15 minutes of me waiting and said they gave my clothes to someone else. Called the owner Michael Kaufman and he laughed and said "I'm not reimbursing you, I don't have to do anything". Bad business and they don't care about customer satisfaction. Reporting to the better business bureau. Now he's saying the clothes were returned the next day, which is a complete lie.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNRELIABLE. DO NOT STAND BY THEIR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. They gave our clothes to another customer and told us we'd just have to wait until that person returned them to get them back. The manager/owner Michael Kaufman said he was not liable and would not compensate for the lost items until after 30 days. He was unapologetic and flippant about their mistake which resulted in our extreme inconvenience and financial loss. We will never give them our business again.
