I emailed Castellon's to get a quote and within hours, I was provided with one. The price, including wheel alignment, was the best I received. I was told the tires I requested were in stock, so I took my Highlander in the next morning.
I was kindly greeted and assisted by Jose. He was awesome! About 3 hours later, my suv was ready. The young lady who charged me was very pleasant.
My vehicle felt amazing when I drove off the lot and still feels great, 2 weeks later. I love my tires and felt valued and appreciated by the staff at Castellon's.

Just went to get my tire pressure checked! They were very helpful and responsive. I actually had gone to another tire shop to get my air and tires rotated like 30 mins prior when I got a alert on my dashboard that told me to check my tire pressure. Turns out my car needed to be calibrated after the fact and Castellon's was super quick and knowledgeable to help me get that sorted out!

I've been to this place before and I felt they were a professional place for my tires needs.
Today I went to buy tires , got two front ones.... After they completed the job I checked and found on a wheel damage.... I showed them and even though there are rubber marking around the damage they said they did not do that..... My suggestion TAKE PICTURES BEFORE they work on your tires.......

I've been to 7 Diaz on western for the past years whenever I have had a tire issue. However I've stopped Castellon's for an air leaking problem since it's closer to my home. Guess what, this place is much faster, cheaper, and friendly. I also feel like they are honest and straightforward on the issue.

I liked that I was able to get my tires mounted without an appointment but sadly as I looked closer, my rims were horribly scratched. Not cool. Not only that but they didn't even put my rubber stem caps the same color. Instead, they replace it with a completely other color and yes, I had all my original stem caps. Not cool. They gave me a deal because I was referred but now I only wish I wasn't. If I may add, no one said a word about the rims. Wow.

Everyone here was super nice, they answered the phone right away and were very friendly, and when I arrived, they were all busy working but a repair man came and helped me right away. They hooked me up with a barely used tire for only $40! But they gave me a $5 discount for leaving a review:) Love this place, coming back to replace all my tires soon, definitely recommend :)

100% recommend this shop. I blew a tire on my Tesla Model S before getting on the 10 in DTLA. I searched yelp for the nearest shop and they were a few blocks away. Called to confirm they had my tire size available (they did, new and used). I drove over and right away. They worked on my car for about 15 minutes and they were done. They charge me $70 for a lightly used tire (in better shape than my current ones). No BS, just good honest work. Will def return to this place for any future tire needs.

Came in totally unannounced - was running errands, my tire had popped and this was the closest place I could find on Google maps. Jose met me outside, in the rain, to assess the damage. He was so sweet and immensely helpful. He put a plug in my tire and it took all of 2 minutes. 10 bucks later and I'm on the road again. Will NOT forget this place. Thank you so much!!!

I think I sat down and was just about to give a mind numbing scroll of Instagram when they told me my car was done. I thought it had to be a mistake because I was there for less than 20 minutes. These guys are efficient and fair. The receptionist was also very nice and made sure to remind me to get my tires rotated. I will be back...hopefully not too soon but I'll come back if I need to.

Recently got 4 brand new tires from them.
Only draw back, which is a practice pretty much in a lot of tire shops is over-torqued lug nuts. Broke my tools (which I've plenty of times on my lug nuts) trying to loosen up the lug nuts (Was going to torque them myself with a torque wrench but didn't get them loose). Another thing, factory tire pressure suggest 33psi when cold. Checked the tire pressure after the car sat overnight and found out most were between 40-42 psi cold. I personally keep them around 35psi cold.
