I always wanted to get professionally fitted to my road bike. I also needed to replace my 10 year old cycling shoes. It was the perfect time to get what I want with what I need but where to go to? Who do I trust? I did my research and decided to make an appointment at Bicycle World. Eric greeted me at the door and right away he made me feel right at ease. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and took his time and answered all my questions. The shop was clean, well-stocked and had all the necessary instruments for a professional fitting (watched a lot of YouTube videos). I am happy with my new cycling

I’ve been a regular customer for about 5 years, and the customer service is just outstanding. Owner Eric is extremely knowledgeable, and really cares about getting everyone set up with a bike that will work well for them. Ilene and Ben are also great. The store carries high-quality gear. You can’t go wrong here.

I purchased my Trek based on Eric's ( the owners) recommendation and I love the Bike. His team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I recently brought the Bike in for a tune up and they completed it very fast and it rides awesome now. Plenty of parking in the back and they have a cool button to help open the door! Def check them out - great shop!

We live in the era of misinformation. Let me correct my review made sometime ago. I can get a bike tune up for less than Bicycle World. However, I have taken my bikes to a number of bike shops in the area. Bicycle World Mt. Kisco NY are gold star professionals. I always pay a little more for upscale anything.

Pressed to get my bike ready for a x-country bike ride, I brought it to Eric and the crew at Bicycle World for an emergency repair. They not only were able to source a replacement part, and make the repair, but found time to box my bike for travel. Excellent service to go with a wide range of bicycles and accessories.

Bicycle World has been a pleasure to work with. Last year I bought a Roscoe 8 from them and it was assembled and I was able to pick it up the day they received it from the warehouse. Recently, I had to get a warranty frame replacement and they handled the whole process. Bike was ready weeks before the originally planned date and they communicated frequently throughout the process. If you are looking for a LBS with knowledgeable and friendly staff/mechanics, Bicycle World is your place!

Over the last few decades, this place is a reliable “go-to” for cycling. My favorite was 25 years ago buying my son’s first bike, complete with training wheels and cool decals, but serious cyclists can also find all the needed expertise. Inventory, pricing, and service are outstanding, but it’s their integrity and candor that have kept me coming back and recommending them to friends.

I purchased a used bike on Friday, which I put 40 miles on over the weekend... the bike rides GREAT! I will be in touch as I need the handlebars raised as I was leaning forward and it ultimately became uncomfortable and my hands went numb.
Once I make this minor adjustment - rise the handlebars, I will be unstoppable! I look forward to a continued partnership and my next purchase with Bicycle World.
