Services
As of 2021, ownership was transferred to Adam and Erin Ray. Adam has been an integral team member at RBCo for its entirety, most recently as Sales and Service Manager. Current owners, Sean and Jacqui, have decided to step back from the day to day retail operations. The Dowds and Adam have been preparing for this new chapter of RBCo.

When you give a kid a bike, fun is the only job that matters, right? Start them out right with the best fitting, most grin-inducing bike for them, at whatever stage of their journey. Some kids' bikes, called balance bikes, come with no pedals or gears. Don't typically leave reviews, but felt it was necessary. Settled on 3 star because service was excellent. Great turnaround time as well. I chose this shop because it was closer to me and able to complete the service in house. My mistake. I was ABSOLUTELY baffled at where my bill ended up, nearly twice what I was expecting based on past experiences with other shops. They nickel and dime everything and upcharge basic parts. If money is no objective, this may be a 5 star location for you. However, there are other bike shops, a little further away, that have it right. Great service at a fair price

Tore my faithful leather saddle on the second day of a four day tour; the shop didn't have one in stock so they hooked me up with a take-off for cheap, knowing the butt wants what it wants and I'd be replacing it with a new Brooks as soon as I got home. They even gave me excellent directions to my next campsite which brought me through some delightful terrain!

We've bought 3 bikes here and have had custom fittings, repairs, and bought all sorts of after market gear, the staff is top notch and the store operates a biking club that has brought tremendous energy and unity to our town all while encouraging people to ride. Cant recommend this place more, we try to shop in town and stick to the sponsors of the club. So go eat at Sarahs wine bar, get your beer and wine at Ancona's, bank at Fairfield County Bank. Visit Susi Laura massage, Tusk and Cup coffee, chip neumann will sell your house, Elevation to ride indoors, Cake Box is our stop every saturday, Nod

I rarely write reviews but the service I received was above and beyond. They have an excellent system in place to drop off bikes for service by simply sending them a text so you don't even have to enter the store if you don't feel comfortable doing so. I brought my old felt road bike in for a tune and Dave got my bike working better than when it was new. He advised me that my cables also needed to be replaced as did some bearings. The shop I used to go to never mentioned replacing these things once in the 10 years I've been having this bike serviced. Boy did it make a world of difference. My brakes

I'm giving them a 5 only because I can't go higher. These guys are ultramegasuperstars (no joke). Recently I ordered a 4 bike rack from them that I needed for a family bike trip - at the last minute they realize that there was a mix up and that the rack was unavailable. So instead, the GAVE me a used 5 bike rack that they had around for free! What amazing service. I've purchased two bikes from them in the past and will definitely continue to do so in the future.

Purchased 2 Cannondale E bikes, we did not know anything about them. Went to a number of bike shops as well as searching on line. Then went to Ridgefield Bike. Best place to purchase. The owner and staff could not have been better. Great knowledge great service great personalities. I highly recommend.
