The team at Greenwich bicycles were fantastic. From the moment I called to the receipt of my order everyone was helpful and kind. Peter helped me initially and throughout the process, and was particularly great. I am very happy with the service provided and will gladly refer friends.

I ordered Trek Dual Sort 2 from Greenwich Bicycles. They informed me that the bike would be available in about two weeks. The bike was actually available in one week! All of the other bike shops around me (NY/NJ) were telling me that the earliest they could deliver this model would be November or even next year!

Liam gave great recommendations and the pros and cons. I was told bike would, unfortunately, not be able to be ready until July 6th, Yet I received a call on 7/1, saying it was ready to go, along with items I ordered, attached and ready to go. So far, very happy!

The sales associate Bob was extremely helpful. I had not biked for over 20 years and took a bad fall trying to get back on my old bike. Bob helped me navigate and get my confidence back by making me practice in an empty parking lot before deciding on which bike suited me most. Thanks to his patience and help I can now look forward to a new lease on my bicycling life!

Had a good selection which at this time is almost a miracle (we can thank the owner for risking some capital to secure supply early on). The employees were all great and the communication from triple checking they actually had the bike we were interested in available right through the sales process and systems were as good as it gets. We live 30 mins away though have already pointed friends further afield who have been hunting for available bikes.

Price gouging during the pandemic!

I've really had enough of people taking advantage of the pandemic to make some extra money off of people who have been financially struggling for the past year. I called to inquire about a bike on their website, as they appeared to be the only dealer in New England who had my size. The problem is, they were asking $100 more than the manufacturer's website listed, and $150 more than another bike shop in CT. When I asked the man on the phone if he would be willing to match the price, he said no, and that they had paid a lot of freight to get the bike

The entire staff at Greenwich Bicycles has always been first rate. The only shop that I trust my vintage Raleigh with. Sal's knowledge, skill, and appreciation of vintage bicycles is especially appreciated.

Bikes have been hard to find since the start of the pandemic and I had called several shops with no success until I reached Kyle at GB. I told him what I was interested in for my 14 year old son and he explained to me what he had available and recommended several different bikes. We went the next day and he could not have been any more helpful and patient! Kyle let my son test out the bikes and pointed out extra features. He and Val were so helpful and nice to deal with! I highly recommend Greenwich Bicycles!!!

I was on the Hunt for a 2021 Gravel Bike by Cannondale. I visited 7 bicycle shops in the Fairfield County looking for this bike. All of the shops told me they were not available until September and they were only interested in selling me bikes they had in stock that were not a gravel bike. I finally decided to go to Greenwich Bicycles after going to the Cannondale Website looking for dealers in the Tri-State Area. So I arrived on a Monday 3 weeks ago and there was a line out in the parking 15 people deep waiting for their turn due to the social distancing, so I jumped in line. They had numerous

Great store for any kind of bike you need and any gear. Went here to get a wind jacket. Helped me pick out one for a good brand at a good price. Got home and found it had stains on it. Went back and showed them, told them I just wanted to exchange for another. They didnt have another exact one, and offered a partial refund off the one. If the stains wash out, I got a great deal. Nice, helpful staff, just the sort of place that keeps customers loyal and stands out in a world of online shopping. If you live anywhere near Greenwich, this is the place to go.

I have a friend that feel the same as most reviews below. But my experience I was quite the opposite to most reviews

The first two times I went in this store was to fix my son really cheap Thomas bike, the asian guy (sorry I horrible w names) was really helpful both times.

Third visit was me looking for a weekend bike, the bikes were just too expensive for me at the time...

Fourth visit, TWO years later I was the one uncomfortable for bothering them so much and never buying anything, with my husband encouragement I went and finally bought two kids Trek bikes.

Fifth visit was to fix my kid

I've been here on two separate occasions and have had a poor experience each time. The staff, though hopefully knowledgeable seems to not want to be bothered and barely give you attention when you finally do get help. It seems that talking to other staff members are more important than finishing up a transaction.

Sadly I received two gifts from here for my birthday, recently and was told by each gift giver, separately, that they didn't like the store for essentially the same reason.

I made it a point not to buy my bike from here, despite it being the closest to my home.

Horrible Horrible Horrible.
Rob is a rip off. I have spent plenty of hours in this bike shop over many days, yes thats how long a simple bike fitting took. These guys know nothing about bikes and they are purely there to rip off the Greenwich community.
Rob runs a horrible business where he was even screaming on the phone just the other day to a past customer that was purely not happy with his work.
Go somewhere else because this guy will steal your money and do a horrible job and sell you something he knows nothing about.

So i bought a Trek Madone 5.2 in August of last year and was very happy with the service that Greenwich bikes provided, very professional but expensive (but ok for the level of service provided). And maybe im wrong here (tell me if i am) but if im not mistaken this bike should have a complete shimano ultegra drivetrain. But just last week when I brought the bike in for a free service, i got slaped with a $101 bill for a new chain. Number one, they were supposed to call if over $0.00 (as stated on the receipt), number two-they replaced the chain because it was not an ultegra chain (which the bike
