I have been a certified personal trainer for 10+ years and have managed over 15,000 personal training session.
I specialize in building personalized exercise programs that help my clients in far North Dallas get back into top physical condition as quickly and SAFELY as possible. I have been working out with Jeremy for the past several months. He is wonderful. He accepted me just as I am and crafted a fitness plan that was tailored just for me. As a result, I am stronger, more confident and I found my "inner athlete." Choosing Jeremy as my personal trainer was a great decision and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I’ve been training with Jeremy for 6 months. I was initially intimidated by the process since I had never worked out with a trainer. And after a long break from working out, I needed guidance and accountability. Jeremy has been great! He diversifies the workouts and modifies the exercises when needed. The workouts are do-able yet challenging and produce results. Highly recommend!

I have been training with Jeremy for a couple months now and genuinely enjoy each session!
After years of inconsistent and incorrect working out, he has helped me better my physical form and mentality surrounding a healthier lifestyle. While also being extremely caring/cognizant of my restrictions.
I highly recommend his training regardless of where you are starting. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. He is awesome!

Jeremy is a very knowledgeable and professional personal trainer. I’ve been working with him for six years and he has variation to our workouts so I don’t plateau which is why I hired him in the first place.
He also has nutritional recipes which are important to maintain excellent health that he shares with me and other clients !

Jeremy is excellent at starting where you are at and getting basics covered to develop a personal plan. His workouts for me are all doable, but they increase in intensity over time. I am very pleased with my first 1 1/2 months. Jeremy is very positive and energetic and I look forward to my in person training three days a week. I get an excellent workout in 30 minutes and feel the "burn" by the end of the session. I am sixty and needed a push to get back into working out. I think Jeremy will be excellent for any age or physical condition.

I love training with Jeremy! He's wonderful! He has been so patient and encouraging and has definitely renewed my confidence and excitement in my personal fitness. It's only been a few short weeks and not only can I already see a change, but I feel GREAT! I'm starting to fit into clothes I couldn't wear when we started. He's very professional but also fun to be around and the 30 minute workouts, along with his flexibility, really help with my busy schedule. He's there helping with every aspect like even your nutrition so you are never alone through any step of the process. I did a lot homework

Jeremy is a true professional in every aspect. After many years of being inactive and eating poorly, I found myself in a place I had never been before. I started working with Jeremy to prepare for the Mrs. Texas pageant. Even though i lead an active lifestyle, I really needed some extra help to get to the physique that would make me feel comfortable on stage in a swimsuit. Jeremy was really able to hone in on what my body needed to lose a significant amount of body fat and some serious pounds in the little time we had before the pageant. I love the results I got working with him and all it took was 2 days a week for 30 minutes! I would absolutey recommend Jeremy for anyone trying to get to a certain goal!
