Upon learning that State Farm has a Policy basically made for Children... boys in particular, I found her office just in time for the Toddler years, THANK heavens! She was very knowledgeable, Super helpful as I wasn’t able to make it into the office to get my paperwork signed, she mailed it right out and I received it in NO time at all. She has kept me informed, and has been extremely professional. You can just tell she loves her job and helping people by the smile you can hear when she talks! I highly recommend this location and Luis, if you read this, this hard worker deserves a raise! Phenomenal

I decided to switch to this location because it’s closer to me and more convenient. I spoke to Alisha and she was extremely helpful! She found some things in my policy right away that weren’t right and has been awesome in helping me get it fixed. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Several years ago my homeowners insurance was cancelled by another major insurance company and I was referred to Luis Macias State Farm Insurance. They have been awesome to work with and were able to save me almost $1000 on my homeowners insurance. I was so excited! The staff is professional both in person and over the phone. Even when you have to leave a message, your calls are returned promptly and your questions are properly addressed. I couldn't ask for better customer service.
