the guys are very nice but they just are not very available. They hardley answer the phone, never reply to request made through the website and late to open the business. got there in the morning and waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I only like coming here because its walking distance from my place.

I had a dlow leak in my tire, so I called Little o to see if they could look at it right away. They took a long time to repair it (about 45 minutes or more not counting wait time). The next time I washed my car I noticed that the factory paint on my previously perfect wheel was marred and scratched in 3 places. When I went back to have it taken care of the manager told me that it was too expensive to repair, and that they weren't going to do anything to fix it. He didn't even apologize for damaging my wheel. I then asked to speak with his boss. He took my number and said he would pass

Whats up guys so today i finally got my car back they are good people. But the only problem is dont offer a service that you cant complete. Every time i had a convo with them it was always. We think its this part or we think its this part. Really never knew what it was. Im dissapointed that this company offers services that cant be done. Like i said good people but not solid to the completion of what i wanted. My wish was to have good GREAT A C but nope just payed 406 for parts pretty much. Thanks lil o tire nd best of luck to yu

Thought I had found a repair shop for my aging vehicle..... Maybe not? Diagnostics took a lot longer than I had wished: 2 days of diagnostics and thought car was fixed so we paid for services rendered. Car had same issues after a day or two, so another 3 consecutive days of 'diagnostics'. A week or two later, one last day I would give I thought, hopeful since I did already pay for services but it wasn't really fixed. Still no diagnosis and they wanted my car for 3 more days. I took my vehicle to The Pit Stop in downtown Mesa after that, where my car was fixed in a day with no more issues and kept

Mike and his team of tire/automotive techs are absolutely amazing. I'm a fleet manager for a decent sized landscape company and these guys handle my person and my fleet vehicles/trailers. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. The prices are fair and the customer service is always amazing. Would absolutely recommend to everyone I know. These guys do good work and are always willing to bring you home/pick you up, so you don't havta spend hours waiting for your car. Their prices are competitive and you can stop by if you need a quick patch job done WITHOUT it becoming a project or waiting around to get it done. Definitely recommend them!

I just got back from a weeks trip in California and noticed I needed tires ASAP and a oil change. The manager Michael, gave me such an amazing deal for the tires. I normally go to Costco but he managed to beat their price even when Costco has it on sale. Will be coming back for sure!!!

Such an adorable name for an auto shop. Sounds like a place for tricycle tires, or a place one may purchase tires for a matchbox toy car. Don't let the name be deceiving, this place has big tires too! The place is incredible, fit me in for a oil change and did not try to sell me a bunch of nonsense. The staff was very nice and they did the oil change as promised at a very fair price.
