Kareem is always fast to reply and help me with any problems I have with our system. I probably annoy him by how many times I call, but if he is unavailable he is able to transfer me to one of his teammates to help and they are just as helpful!

Great company! Kareem is amazing, he is very responsive, knowledgeable and his willingness to help is admirable. I have been at my new job for 3 weeks, within the first week Kareem came out to the office and not only assisted me with setting new phone lines he also gave me a tutorial on how the system works. Insight has been great to work with. We were having multiple issues with our now-national IT company and decided to try Insight instead. Our rep, Jeff Raysor, has been very responsive and proactive, while also being transparent in what they could offer versus what we really need at the time. We appreciate that as well as having our IT folks back in the Triangle area, they know us personally and have come to our site, despite us being a small 6 person operation. Insight Direct is truly an amazing company. Initially, when Craig outlined everything they could do for our company I thought WOW - this seems to be so much value that I was really a bit skeptical. Did they deliver everything they promised? YES! That and more! It's been over a year now doing business with this company and they are still delivering A+ customer service.
