It's a simple but powerful way to improve well-being and quality of life. Our doctors work with hospitals throughout the state, so you can get the care you need, closer to home. Services
As a ProHealth Physicians patient, you can sign up for the myProHealth patient portal. It's a secure, online tool powered by FollowMyHealth. Use it to communicate with your doctor, review doctor visits, medications, test results and more. And it's available 24 hours a day from any computer or smartphone.
To help us meet needs as safely as possible during this time, some of our Express Care centers are limiting care to video visits. In-person care is available at our Bristol, Farmington, Glastonbury, and Manchester offices. For weeknight and weekend care seven days a week, call 1-888-344-0007. Not all health concerns are life-threatening.
At ProHealth Physicians, we believe our greatest responsibility is to help patients of all ages live a happy, healthy life. Our primary care teams provide lifelong care and a full range of services. We're committed to your health every step of the way. Whether you're looking for care for yourself or your entire family, our adult and family medicine doctors are here to help.
To help us care for patients as safely as possible during this time, some of our locations are temporarily not seeing patients or have different hours. If you need care, contact your doctor's office to schedule a visit by phone, secure video or in person. Our gastroenterologists identify and treat problems of the digestive system, from heartburn and stomach pain to more complex diseases.
When you have a serious or chronic health condition, good support can make a world of difference. It can help you stay on top of your care and keep you from getting worse. It can also keep you from being admitted - or readmitted - to the hospital. After a hospital or nursing home stay, we make sure you have important information and support.

There is absolutely ZERO patient care with this place. My wife has been waiting 2 days to have her results analyzed, while she waits in pain. She has called several times to be put on hold for 30+ minutes only to be hung up on. This has happened multiple times. She was told that the DR would receive an Urgent message to contact her, and then was later told that message was never given. After 2 days of trying to get ahold of the DR. she was finally told that, Doctors no longer give results over the phone and she would have to come in. When time is important to start medication, this place would

This place is awful! If possible I would give it 0 stars. On top of being on hold for 45 mins to make an appointment this morning. Once you get here they ask you call to check in from your car, got to the parking lot and called 5 mins before the apt and they didn't pick up until 15 after the appointment time. Once they answered they couldn't find my apt in the system. Beyond unprofessional, I don't have one good thing to say about this place. And they can't use COVID an excuse because they were just as bad before. They have just gotten way to big for their own good. Was with my doctor since it

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I've been waiting TWO DAYS for a PHONE CALL while an infection rages inside my intestine. Mine is a chronic and extremely painful condition and after many years with Pro Health, it's not as if they don't know how simple it is to help me right now. This will end with an ER visit, which will cost me an ABSURD amount of money, just to get some antibiotics. Absolutely shameful.

I called to schedule an appointment with my doctor for an urgent problem and was told my doctor moved and that I no longer had a doctor. When I asked why no one let me know she asked, “well are you gonna make an appointment with one of the other doctors?”
I did not.
This is after I nearly lost the opportunity to go to school because the front office took weeks (after many prompts which were met with annoyance) to print my varicella paperwork.

It saddens me to write this, but after my experience at ProHealth yesterday, I will be looking for a new primary care physician for the first time in 10 years.
The doctors, nurses, and lab staff at ProHealth are all incredible. They really deserve 5 stars.
However, the immense disrespect I experienced after I walked into the office yesterday was astonishing, disheartening, and awful.
The woman at the receptionist’s desk who checked me in (whose name I couldn’t get, because her long hair was covering the name tag), was incredibly awful to me. She wasn’t just rude, she was sneering and mean

Zero stars!!! Poorly run office. When you call, expect to wait on hold for 20 minutes before speaking to anyone. Then you are likely to get sent to urgent care because they have no openings. Expecting a call back -- you won't get one as the staff does not follow through. If you do get an appointment, you wait at least 60 minutes before seeing doctor. I even waited 45 minutes for a virtual appointment to start. They up-code too. The affiliation with OPTUM means this group is all about ALL about making money and patients are just dollar signs.

The greeter was very friendly and helpful, the woman at check in middle aged with blonde hair was very unprofessional and rude. Was on the phone rolling her eyes at the patient she was speaking with. When she got off the phone said to me " I don't know why people call to make appointments for their adult children." Talking about the person she was just on the phone with. I apparently was in the wrong place because I wasn't given any direction beforehand on where I was supposed to go because I don't usually go to the prohealth glastonbury office. She rolled her eyes at me and sighed and said your

The doctors are great. They need better trained help in the front office and not very efficient when trying to get a problem solved some of the staff can be rude And sound like they don’t want to be there. Tried for almost a week to get a prescription refill and got a lot of run around. It is not one that they can just say ok so started on a Wednesday and never got done before they had a long weekend. I was stuck on hold for a total of 2 hours trying to be helped by nurses on call and were able to get a doctor to fill 8 pills to get me thru weekend started calling on Monday and after telling

I came to this Glastonbury office due to there was no walk in around me that was open on a Sunday. Mind you this is an hour away from my home, but what mother wouldn't travel if her daughter is really sick. I arrived at 9:50 my appointment was for 10am. Staff arrived and NOBODY had a key to get into the building. Which I felt it was unprofessional to have a walkin center but nobody working that day would have a key. The staff sent many people to the Manchester walk in. My daughter and I decided not to travel anymore and we'd wait for a staff member to go retrieve a key. We finally got in the building
