Takeout was a bit slow, but they were very clear about the wait expectations upon my arrival. The rolls were fine, but a bit small. The fancy salmon roll was creative and tasty. The Seafood Sunomono lacked flavor and the fish didn't taste very fresh. Not sure we'll be back, but the restaurant seemed very clean and well-maintained with attentive staff.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. When placing my order online today, the website automatically sends you to their Bothell location. The bothell location called me when the order was placed and confirmed it was for the Sammamish location, but that wait time was an hour. After an hour I went in to find my order was never placed with Sammamish. The front desk was very apologetic but referred me to someone else who just asked if I wanted to order. No apology, no comp on the food and told me it would be another 40 minutes for the food. In fact, she just acted like it was my fault because they were

Delicious and fresh AF sushi at a reasonable price! The seared tuna salad (really delicate pieces of tuna that were lightly seared with a well-balanced citrus and sesame-based sauce) and yellowtail jalapeño (thinly sliced pieces in a citrus ponzu sauce) are both a MUST TRY. My hubs hates salads and he ate every last leaf, which is saying a lot. We also got the sushi & sashimi combo which was great, and the Osaka sushi roll, which was probably the only thing we tried that we weren’t crazy about - it was good enough but a little bland in comparison to everything else. Delicious and will definitely be back for more! This will be my current go-to place for shrimp tempura.
Had the miso ramen with braised pork belly - was ok but would be great if they can add a bit more depth of flavor to the broth.
The fried head of the sweet shrimp could use a slightly thinner batter and a longer frying time so it becomes deliciously crispy leaving you wanting for more.

It was one of the best sushi we had so far! Tasted really fresh. The rolls were served quickly and the waiters were very attentive and did a great job! We loved the menu with all the pictures, so you get an idea what you're ordering. The rolls were presented and decorated in a lovely way, it was even nice to just look at it!
