Atlanta-based and Lake Oconee based Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist Brad Kolowich Jr has more than 18 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Brad and his Atlanta personal training team work with clients one-on-one or in small groups at home or at the KoloFit Personal Training Studio, a luxurious loft space with towering 20-foot ceilings located in Atlanta's West Midtown. This hot area of Atlanta is conveniently located off of I-75, between Buckhead and Midtown.
At the KoloFit Personal Training Studio in Atlanta, our team of personal trainers are available to work with you in our private studio, or in the comforts of your own home. Additionally, Brad and his team of Atlanta personal trainers and Lake Oconee personal trainers (in-home as well) are available to work with you and co-workers at your place of business, whether that be one-on-one or as a corporate fitness class.
I've been working out with Brad for over a year now and I am pleasantly surprised because my whole life I have been training for football. I've been training with Adam for about 6 weeks and it's been great. The gym is nice, all the trainers have a great energy (even with the clients they aren't working with), and Adam has been great at setting the right intensity to keep making progress without pushing so hard that I feel like I might get injured and lose progress (which was important to me as I was getting back into training). After 4 weeks I lost 15 pounds and feel great. I'd definitely recommend any of the trainers at the gym to anyone looking to really improve their health and fitness.

Great experience thus far! I used to hate working out but having someone encourage me and make a personalized plan that works towards my goals is so helpful! Trainers do everything they can to work with you, help with nutrition, design workouts for you through the week, text reminders.... super great. pricy but worth the investment. I love working out here. Lots of employees are family or very close so they are a tight group and all super nice and sweet! This gym is the best. Honestly. The trainers here are extremely well trained (not just "certified"). It is small but not at all crowded and the equipment is always available for your set.

I used to hate going to the gym. I'd always feel like it was an internal struggle to convince myself it was worth going. Now I happily go way more often and the results are obvious.

All shapes, ages, sizes, etc. there is a place for you here as long as you bring the effort.

I have been training with Jonathan at Brad Kolowich Jr. for going on two years and could not be happier with my results! I have been going to the Brad Kolowich Jr studio for about 5months and the changes my body has made has been astronomical. Not only have I lost inches around my waist, I have become so much stronger. I have been working specifically with Andy. He is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have been to (I have had two other personal trainers and have belonged to countless other studios). I could never thank Jonathan enough for everything he has done for me so far. Since starting my training with him a few months ago, he has given me a confidence in myself and pushes me every session to do better. The entire staff is simply amazing and will always take the time to talk with you about nutrition, goals, and concerns you are having no matter what.

I have trained with quite a few excellent trainers, but no one compares to Brad Kolowich Jr.
Brad started training me approximately 7 years ago, (still going strong) and it was finally the first time I had outstanding results-30 pounds and many inches lost just in 3 months, not to mention amazing increase in my endurance and never feeling healthier,

Disclaimer: If you don't like to sweat or get sore, don't train with Brad. He likes to see results and will make you really work for them.
