Was having an issue with my steering wheel shaking when I braked. So I took it in for a free Brake inspection. Brian was super helpful and friendly.
He was able to fix my problem at a very reasonable price. Brian went the extra mile to save me some money. Would recommend you use him as he is very trustworthy.

Let me just start by telling you all that I live nearly 15 miles from this Brake masters. There are no less than 4 Brake Masters within a 5-8 mile radius from my house. As a female needing car repair I am always weary of being duped so I tend to rely on reviews to help me decide where to take my admittedly aging van. All the reviews for this location were excellent so I decide to make the trip.
From the first phone call when I asked if they would have time to check my brakes the gentleman on the phone was already confirming the good reviews. Upbeat phone voice, excellent customer service

Went there to get a powerbleed on the brake system they could not get the brake pedal to be hard, they purged it twice and checked the master cylinder for leaks it checked out good.
Didn't charge me anything, very pleased with the service. Will change my master cylinder and will definitely return to get it re-purged.

When I arrived and entered the store, the Assistant Manager, Kenny, addressed me by my name! I asked, "How did you....?" then laughed when he said he referenced my license plate when he saw me drive up! Unexpected, courteous, professional, on point service!
I came in here today when my brake light indicator came on. I was mentally preparing for the worst but after inspection, turns out the malfunction was a brake pad sensor that burned due to excessive heat. We ordered the part and I asked how long it would take because I stop had to go and get it tires rotated. Nick Porter, the Manager

Got there early in the morning to beat the rush. Sure enough, got in pretty quick.
They got their review to me quickly and estimate. I chose the right options for me and within an hour or so, two brake pads and an oil change later, I was on my way.
There's a Starbuck's across the street so if your service doesn't take too long, it's a painless wait.
I don't know much about brake services, but the price seemed reasonable.
