In each session or class, you will explore a variety of apparatus. Class options include private and small group sessions as well as Tower, Mat, Barre, Spin and TRX.

We are proud to provide a welcoming and encouraging space where the community can discover the physical and mental benefits of Classical Pilates. We believe that Pilates supports activities in your daily life. Proven benefits of Pilates include balanced strength, stability, stamina, and stretch. It will help improve your posture, develop better coordination, relieve stress and anxiety, and assist with injury prevention.
Our classes happen throughout the day, evening and weekend. You can book a private session or participate in a small group class. The studio offers Pilates on many types of apparatus including the reformer, chair, tower and mat. We have in person 50 minute private sessions in the studio and online classes and privates sessions.
Join Power Pilates certified instructor Gina Allard at her exclusive sTUDIO on Kingstown Rd. in Narragansett, RI. Gina has top of the line Gratz apparatus and is able to provide 1:1 sessions in her space. Gina is available for brand new students and current Pilates enthusiasts. Enjoy beautiful South County and take a Pilates session while you are there!.
Find the class you would like to take from the schedule or book a private session with your favorite instructor for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Wait for the email invite from your instructor prior to class - This invite will come from the instructor's personal email and will arrive before the class starts.
A streaming series from Cheryl Turnquist, Pilates On Demand lets you practice Pilates anytime, anywhere with convenient online classes. This will take you the MindBody store. Classes are not available to be viewed via the App. A 30 minute Introduction class to Pilates mat with modifications for a variety of levels and abilities.
