Or are your friends wondering about the Pilates or Barre classes that you're raving about?. We offer an intro package that includes a postural analysis and 3 private sessions OR, if you'd prefer to try it out with a friend, the postural analysis and 3 duet sessions. This package is designed for anyone new to Pilates.

The basic principles (the foundation of the Pilates & Total Barre classes) are explained and incorporated into 3 one hour workouts designed for your particular postural needs. You'll be able to try all the different Pilates machines and small equipment we have in the studio in a stress-free, fun environment!
Services
The Pilates hour provides an all over body workout that focuses on strengthening the stabilizing muscles surrounding the joints. The resistance is created with spring tension, simulating how your muscles contract both concentrically and eccentrically, providing a low impact, energizing training session.
Total Barre classes emphasize the correct mechanics of movement to provide an effective workout without the fear of injury. The class is set to powerful music and includes cardio & strength training. The participant works to achieve improved endurance, flexibility, balance & strength. The routines are segmented in a specific order so the individual can maintain energy and use the correct muscles with proper form throughout the hour.
Our new location will be located at 500 Wood St., Bristol, RI. The space is bright, beautiful and airy with 24 large windows! The studio is equipped with 8 Reformers, a Cadillac, Stability Chair, Spring Wall, Edge, Jumpboards, Ballet Barres and various small equipment including strength tubing, stability balls, weights, etc.
