Services
Jill has been a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (200-hour) since 2014. At first, yoga practice was primarily a way for Jill to find some self-care, balance and perspective as a new mom. And, after years of running long distance races including marathons, Jill credits her yoga practice for keeping her pain and injury free.
Louise, has a B.S. in Human Services from SIUE specializing in deviant behavioral studies. She is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 and YACEP with over 50 years of experience with breath work, athletics, mindful movement and social justice.
A lifelong career working with at risk youth and families, combined with extensive training and experience in crisis management, de-escalation, and hostage negotiations inspire and inform her practice and ability to see and communicate the potentially lifesaving benefits of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and breath work.
