Services
In-person classes meet at Windows on Broadway, 401 Broadway, Highland, IL. Important: a minimum number of in-person registrations must be met before a class will run in-person, so I need everyone to register in advance. If the minimum is not met by one hour ahead of the class time, the class will run online only.
Do yoga with shelter cats and kittens! Metro East Humane Society - Highland facility will provide the felines that will accompany us during our practice and may even participate (they ARE cats, you know). We'll be encouraging them with cat toys from time to time. Following our fun practice, stick around and get to know our guests of honor.
