Sunny View Rehabilitation and Care Center in Cupertino, CA is proud to be one of only a few locations in the Bay Area with the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, which uses technology originally developed by NASA. By simulating a lower-gravity environment, the treadmill allows users to walk or run with less pressure on the joints.
That's why we focus on the whole person-mind, body and spirit. Our skilled nursing care integrates the social, emotional, spiritual and intellectual components of wellness into each day. We know you by name and we develop a care plan just for you in consultation with your family and physician.

My dad stayed at Sunny View for a month while recovering from a long hospitalization with several different issues. This was his second experience with rehab ( previously at another facility). The staff here is wonderful and truly caring. They were always helpful and willing to listen to both myself and my dad. I did not see staff members pulling repeated double shifts like I saw at his previous rehab, so I always felt like the staff was ready and able to care for their patients. Sunny View Care Center was the ideal place for me to re-cooperate last Thanksgiving after having total knee replacement surgery. From arrival to departure I was provided outstanding care and respect. It began with Jann Arquiza, Admissions & Care Center Marketing Manager, and that includes the often forgotten housekeeping personnel. The entire staff of RN's, LVN's CNN's are friendly, sensitive and caring toward their patients needs yet take time to provide encouragement or a compliment.

Called to check if they have a spot for my Mom who is having a chronic pain issue. The assistant said yes and indicated the boss will call. No call. Called again a bit later and got to the boss who wouldn't spend time explaining how the place works and transferred me to a nurse who of course did not answer. Ended up leaving a voicemail and never heard from her. If the simple stuff is so hard, don't want to think of what the place may be like.

My 94 year old aunt was recently admitted to the Nursing unit at SunnyView following an acute hospitalization for pneumonia. She received excellent professional care while there. My aunt was a difficult resident at first with some behavior problems. The staff was exceptional in their kindness and care for her. They truly took her issues to heart and solved her many problems. Every person who came in contact with her was respectful, sweet and happy in their work. The level of communication with family was perfect. I really cannot say enough positive things about the rehabilitation she received.

My parents moved to the Care Center a few months ago. The place struck me as well run and the people are nice and cheerful. It is clean and serene and I feel comfortable visiting there. I have visited several other places but none came close. It is definitely a 5 star facility. The food is good too.
