I've worked with many trainers over the years. I have some nagging injuries from a lifetime of lifting and working out and wanted someone better. I can say that Ryan has not only coached me to be the strongest I've been in several decades but has helped me strengthen those injury weaknesses to solve the issues and allow movements I would not have been able to do in the past. I've been lifting weights for 30 years. After so many years in the gym I started to just go through the motions. It wasn't exciting anymore, but I needed to do it.

A few months ago, after only being able to stretch because of injuries, I decided I needed to make a change. Ryan Taylor is an exceptional trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable on body health and fitness technique, and he's very motivating to work with.

I had been putting off training for years after a burst disc in my back. I was concerned that by lifting weights again, I would further injure myself. I have been working with Ryan since January of 2018. I have been training with Ryan for over a year now. My strength has significantly increased and my workout routine outside of training has gotten better and more frequent due to his input. He has even met with my chiropractor to make sure the exercises we are doing are helping with my lower back issue. He is also flexible with my schedule. Highly recommended.

I've been training with Ryan for months. I'm glad I chose Ryan as my personal trainor. My sessions with him are fun yet very informative and productive. He patiently teaches me the proper form and goes through the routine no matter how much whining he receives.

I believe one can never get best results if an exercise routine is not fully explained: what muscles are affected and how to properly execute.

I chose Ryan for his educational background and his strength and conditioning experience. I have a chronic condition and could not risk getting hurt by a trainer. It's been almost a year now. I feel totally safe and I have become much stronger! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer and encouragement to stay on track with whatever goal you choose.

I had the pure pleasure of reaching out to Ryan Taylor for my health and fitness goals. Being over 40, a Dad, and a small business owner I felt completely run down and tired from my day to day. My workouts were bad and I really wasn't eating enough. Ryan had me come in for a consultation and evaluated my strength/ mobility which was truly eye opening. From the start, I could tell Ryan would not take a formulaic approach to assess and recommend the right routine for me. He asked about my personal day, my interests, my work life, my nutrition and goals to get a base understanding. He then did a physical assessment to test my strengths and weaknesses. I have used personal trainers for decades, and Ryan is simply at the top of the heap. I was drawn to Ryan first by seeing him work out in our gym, then visiting his web site. On the web, Ryan is simply an excellent communicator and is SMART. Sure enough, when you train with Ryan there is a great (and unusual) combination of physio and diet/lifestyle knowledge that comes through. Second, his online program perfectly fit my schedule, since I travel a lot. I started working with Training by Taylor at the beginning of 2018, needing additional accountability in the gym and programming help with my workouts. I had worked with other trainers before, but none of them applied the personalized approach Ryan has. Within a few short months I've achieved new PRs across a number of big lifts (20% above my previous bests) and have learned new routines that have helped me correct chronic issues with my posture and mobility.

I started working with Ryan in 2017. My initial goal was to lean out and my go-to (running) wasn't working for me anymore.

That's when I turned to Ryan for some help.
The program that Ryan put together focused on diet and high intensity full body weight training circuits.

After 8 weeks, my body composition had changed noticeably. I felt and looked much fitter and leaner. Clothes fit better and the measurements in the areas I was concerned about bulking were actually down.

Meanwhile, during all this, I had gotten significantly stronger working with the circuits Ryan had designed

For a while now, I knew that I wanted to get into better shape. I regularly exercise and attempt to eat healthier, but I wasn't getting the results I wanted. I have mini successes when losing weight, but I've never been able to maintain it or lose that stubborn body fat. I started training with Ryan in May 2015 and I've consistently worked with him twice a week since. I started training with Ryan in May 2015. I was at a point where I knew I needed to exercise more, eat better, and lose weight... but I wanted to do so in an approachable, sustainable, and healthy way. Ryan is an exceptional trainer and has really opened up my eyes to another side of working out.
